Claims (9)
- 다음 단계를 포함하는 플루오로설포닐이미드염의 제조방법:
(a) 플루오로설포닐이미드에 크라운에테르(crown ether)를 넣고 재결정화하여, 리튬이온을 제외한 금속양이온(cation)을 제거하는 단계;
(b) 리튬염 또는 이의 수화물을 포함하는 포화 용매화물에 크라운에테르 및 아세테이트를 첨가하여 20℃-30℃에서 반응시킨 후, 유기용매층이 제거된 수층(water phase)을 분리함으로써, 리튬이온을 제외한 금속양이온을 제거하는 단계;
(c) 상기 단계 (a)의 플루오로설포닐이미드 재결정 및 단계 (b)의 수층을 반응시켜 조(crude) 리튬 플루오로설포닐이미드염을 제조하는 단계; 및
(d) 상기 단계 (c)의 조(crude) 리튬 플루오로설포닐이미드염에 유기용매 및 크라운 에테르를 첨가하여 20℃-30℃에서 반응시킨 후 재결정화함으로서, 리튬이온을 제외한 금속양이온이 제거된 플루오로설포닐이미드염을 수득하는 단계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속양이온은 알칼리금속 또는 알칼리토금속의 양이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 크라운에테르는 n = 2-5 인 화합물 중 어느 하나의 크라운에테르이거나 또는 n = 2-5 인 화합물 중 선택되는 2 이상의 조합으로 구성된 크라운에테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (a)의 크라운에테르(crown ether)는 플루오로설포닐이미드 함량에 대하여 1.0(중량/중량)% 이하로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (a)는 20℃-28℃에서 30분-5시간 동안 교반하여 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (b)의 크라운에테르(crown ether)는 리튬염 또는 이의 수화물 함량에 대하여 1.0(중량/중량)% 이하로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (d) 이후에 플루오로설포닐이미드염을 유기용매 또는 크라운에테르를 포함하는 유기용매로 세척하는 단계를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
