실시예 4에서는 우슬을 기준으로 우슬과 삼채, 우슬과 갈대뿌리의 L-DOPA 저해 활성의 시너지 평가를 실시하였다. 실시예 3과 동일한 방법으로 우슬 대 삼채 1:1 비율(0.33 mg/ml 농도), 우슬 대 갈대뿌리 1:1 비율(0.33 mg/ml 농도)로 혼합하여 시료를 만들어 L-DOPA 저해 활성을 측정하였다. 시너지 효과는 다음 계산식 같은 방법으로 구하였다.
