Claims (5)
- 가우징용 회전커터로서,
중심부에 축 연결부가 형성되며, 가장자리를 따라 좌우로 대칭을 이루는 뾰족한 바이트 장착슬로프가 형성되는 커터바디;
복수개의 바이트들이 한 세트를 이루면서 이격거리를 두고 상기 바이트 장착 슬로프에 결합되되, 120도 각도로 등분되게 3 세트가 배치되는 바이트 집합체;로 이루어지되,
상기 바이트 집합체는, 센터라인 절삭을 위한 복수의 센터라인용 바이트와, V자형 홈 형성을 위한 복수의 측면용 바이트를 가지게 되고,
상기 센터라인용 바이트는, 이격거리를 두고 1번 바이트, 3번 바이트, 5번 바이트, 7번 바이트로 구성되되, 각 바이트들은 상기 커터바디의 센터포인트로부터 거리가 상이하되, 상기 1번 바이트가 가장 먼거리에 위치되고,
상기 측면용 바이트는, 이격거리를 두고 2번 바이트, 4번 바이트, 4-1번 바이트, 6번 바이트, 6-1번 바이트, 8번 바이트, 8-1번 바이트로 구성되되, 상기 커터바디의 센터포인트로부터 각각의 거리가 상이하고, 상기 2번 바이트가 가장 먼 거리에 위치되고,
상기 바이트 장착슬로프에는 고체윤활제가 부분적으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가우징용 회전커터.
