Abstract
The present invention relates to a molding machine comprising a molding plate on which a plurality of first holes formed of a Teflon coating are formed; A hopper disposed at an upper portion of the molding machine and into which the dough is inserted;
A pair of feeders disposed under the hopper and rotated to feed the dough to the molding machine; And a cutter for cutting the dough formed in the molding machine into a predetermined size, and a dough molding apparatus having the same. According to the present invention, the first hole of the molding plate on which the dough is formed is coated with Teflon, which can be used for a longer time than the conventional molding plate, thereby reducing the maintenance cost of the device.
Description
The present invention relates to a dough molding apparatus, and more particularly, to a dough forming unit using a Teflon coated plate and a dough molding apparatus having the same.
In general, a dough molding apparatus passes a dough through a molding machine and is mass-formed into a specific shape at a time, and cuts the dough into a predetermined size.
The dough is formed while passing through a molding hole formed in a molding plate of a molding machine of a dough molding apparatus. Since the size of the hole gradually increases when the molding process for molding the dough is repeated, it is not used for a long time and must be replaced frequently There is a problem in that a large maintenance cost is incurred.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a dough forming unit and a dough forming apparatus having the same which reduce the maintenance cost by extending the service period by applying a Teflon coating to a plate for molding the dough.
According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a dough molding unit comprising: a molding machine having a molding plate having a plurality of first holes formed in a Teflon coating on which dough is formed; A hopper disposed at an upper portion of the molding machine and into which the dough is inserted; A pair of feeders disposed under the hopper and rotated to feed the dough to the molding machine; And a cutter for cutting the dough formed in the molding machine to a predetermined size.
Wherein the forming plate includes: a front portion having the plurality of first holes formed therein; And a rear portion facing the front portion and formed with a second hole corresponding to the first hole, the dough being introduced into the first hole through the second hole.
The front portion and the rear portion may be coupled by screwing.
The pair of feeders are cylindrically shaped and arranged in parallel and spaced apart from each other, and can be heated and fed to the molding machine by applying heat to the dough introduced into the feeder.
A dough molding apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a plurality of dough forming units for molding a dough into a specific shape; A plurality of distributors disposed on the dough forming unit and distributing the dough to the dough forming unit; And a control unit capable of respectively controlling operations of the plurality of distributors,
Wherein the dough molding unit comprises: a molding machine having a molding plate on which a plurality of first holes made of teflon-coated dough are formed; A hopper disposed at an upper portion of the molding machine and into which the dough is inserted; A pair of feeders disposed under the hopper and rotated to feed the dough to the molding machine; And a cutter for cutting the dough formed in the molding machine to a predetermined size.
Wherein the distributor comprises: a pair of rotating rollers spaced apart from each other and rotating clockwise or counterclockwise; And a belt for wrapping the rotating roller and for receiving and moving the dough.
The plurality of distributors may be arranged in a stepped manner, partially overlapping and overlapping, and may be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise to select the dough forming unit to receive dough.
Wherein the control unit includes: a monitoring unit for monitoring a kneading amount remaining in each of the plurality of dough molding units; And a control unit for controlling the rotational direction of each of the plurality of distributors in accordance with the quantity of dough remaining in each of the dough forming units, thereby adjusting the amount of dough provided to the dough forming units.
The pair of feeders are cylindrically shaped and arranged in parallel and spaced apart from each other, and can be heated and fed to the molding machine by applying heat to the dough introduced into the feeder.
According to the dough forming unit and the dough forming apparatus having the same,
First, the Teflon coating is applied to the first hole of the formed plate for molding the dough, so that the shape of the first hole is prevented from changing during the repeated process, so that it can be used for a longer time than the conventional formed plate. Therefore, the maintenance cost of the apparatus can be reduced.
Second, the molding plate is divided into a front portion and a rear portion and is screwed together, so that the molding plate can be cleaned more easily when it is cleaned, and can be easily replaced when the front portion or the rear portion is replaced.
Third, the heated feeder can heat the kneaded dough to finely knead the dough, so that the finished product produced by the dough can be prevented from smelling flour.
Fourth, since the pair of feeders rotate to feed the dough to the feeder, the feeding efficiency can be increased.
Fifth, a plurality of dispensers can be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise, respectively, to move the dough to a desired dough forming unit.
Sixth, the amount of dough remaining in each of the dough forming units can be checked by the monitoring unit of the control unit, and the dough can be distributed to the dough forming unit by controlling the dispenser with the control unit using the dough forming units, Production activities can be maintained smoothly.
