Description

COMPOSITION FOR HYDROGEL MASK PACK [0002]

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition, and more particularly to a hydrogel mask pack composition.

Generally, cosmetic mask packs are made by adding lotion to a nonwoven fabric or adding extracts known to be functional.

In order to overcome the drawbacks of such a nonwoven mask pack, research and development on a hydrogel mask pack has been actively conducted. Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0841742 discloses that a composition prepared by mixing fibroin aqueous solution and one selected from the group consisting of alginate, cellulose and agar is poured into a frame having a predetermined shape and then the frame is immersed in an aqueous solution of metal salt, alcohol or distilled water To prepare a hydrogel pack.

Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1479642 discloses a process for producing a water-in-oil emulsion which comprises adding purified water to an aqueous solution containing glycerin, butylene glycol, gum, hydrolyzed collagen, sodium hyaluronate, A hydrogel pack made up of diol, Shea Butter, allantoin, calcium lactate, polyglutamic acid, beta-glucan, white sericite and the like.

In Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1497040, polyacrylic acid or a salt thereof is used to improve the physical properties of the liquid; Silicone: natural polymer; Glycerin, and a balance of water.

However, the conventional hydrogel pack made of such a composition has a problem that side effects may occur on the skin including a synthetic polymer and the like, or when the mask pack is manufactured as a mask pack, the shape is not completely displayed.

Recently, a natural mask pack maker which can make packs on the spot by using a variety of natural materials and functional pack materials suitable for the purpose desired by consumers has been put on the market. Such a natural pack maker can have advantages of easy use of fresh natural pack and advantage of functional pack at the same time.

Korea Patent Registration 10-0841742 Korea Patent Registration 10-1479642 Korea Patent Registration 10-1497040

Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a hydrogel mask pack composition which is excellent in skin improving effects such as moisturizing and anti-aging without causing side effects on the skin, and can maintain its shape well.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a composition for tablets, which is applicable to a natural pack making machine and has excellent functionality such as anti-aging.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a pharmaceutical composition comprising 40 to 70 parts by weight of carrageenan, 20 to 50 parts by weight of glucomannan, 1 to 5 parts by weight of KCl, 30 to 40 parts by weight of citric acid, 30 to 50 parts by weight of sodium bicarbonate, 1 to 5 parts by weight of sodium hyaluronate, 2 to 6 parts by weight of seaweed polysaccharide, 1 to 5 parts by weight of soybean protein, and 2 to 6 parts by weight of collagen.

The hydrogel pack composition according to the present invention does not use a synthetic polymer or the like, and thus has no side effects on the skin, and the shape of the mask pack is completely made with appropriate composition. In addition, the effect of improving skin such as moisturizing and elasticity is excellent.

1 is a photograph of a hydrogel pack of an embodiment of the present invention
2 is a photograph of a hydrogel pack of Comparative Example

The hydrogel pack composition of the present invention comprises 40 to 70 parts by weight of carrageenan, 20 to 50 parts by weight of glucomannan, 1 to 5 parts by weight of KCl, 30 to 40 parts by weight of citric acid, 30 to 50 parts by weight of sodium bicarbonate, 1 to 5 parts by weight of sodium hyaluronate 2 to 6 parts by weight of seaweed polysaccharide, 1 to 5 parts by weight of soybean protein, and 2 to 6 parts by weight of collagen.

Of these, carrageenan, glucomannan, KCl, citric acid, and sodium bicarbonate are materials that form hydrogels, and sodium hyaluronate, seaweed polysaccharide, soy protein, and collagen are functional ingredients showing skin improvement.

The functional ingredient is not necessarily limited thereto, and may include a natural extract having other skin improving effect.

Carrageenan is a polysaccharide obtained by hydrothermal extraction from Irish moss of red algae. The basic structure is a carbolactose polymer, which is roughly classified into 6 types such as κ-carrageenan, λ-carrageenan and ι-carrageenan. All of which are composed of a carboxylate residue, but the bonding state and binding number of the sulfate group are different. And is used as the gelling agent of the present invention.

Glucomannan is a generic term for polysaccharides mainly composed of D-glucose and D-mannose, and is distributed in plant structures in konjac. Konjac Amorphophallus konjac The so-called konjac mannan which is taken from the root of C. Koch is a kind of glucomannan. It is often separated from the hemicellulose fraction in other coniferous trees, but there is no definite structure. The preparation method is as follows: The konjac flour is extracted with water at 1.5 atm, and the precipitate is added to the filtrate. This is treated with hydrochloric acid, filtered, washed with ethanol and purified.

Carrageenan and clucomannan should be used, and the ratio of these two ingredients should be properly mixed so that the shape of the mask pack can be properly formed. KCl, citric acid, sodium bicarbonate salts and acids are used for gelation.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to Examples and Comparative Examples.

Example 1

50 parts by weight of carrageenan, 30 parts by weight of glucomannan, 2 parts by weight of KCl, 30 parts by weight of citric acid, 40 parts by weight of sodium bicarbonate, 2 parts by weight of sodium hyaluronate, 2 parts by weight of seaweed polysaccharide, 2 parts by weight of soybean protein, To prepare tablets. A mask pack was prepared by mounting a tablet on a commercially available natural mask pack maker (trade name: THERAPHOR). A photograph of the manufactured mask pack is shown in Fig.

Comparative Example 1

70 parts by weight of carrageenan, 10 parts by weight of glucan, 2 parts by weight of KCl, 30 parts by weight of citric acid, 40 parts by weight of sodium bicarbonate, 2 parts by weight of sodium hyaluronate, 2 parts by weight of seaweed polysaccharide, 2 parts by weight of soybean protein, To prepare tablets. A mask pack was prepared by mounting a tablet on a commercially available natural mask pack maker (trade name: THERAPHOR). A photograph of the manufactured mask pack is shown in Fig.

Comparative Example 2

10 parts by weight of carrageenan, 70 parts by weight of glucan, 2 parts by weight of KCl, 30 parts by weight of citric acid, 40 parts by weight of sodium bicarbonate, 2 parts by weight of sodium hyaluronate, 2 parts by weight of seaweed polysaccharide, 2 parts by weight of soybean protein, To prepare tablets. A mask pack was prepared by mounting a tablet on a commercially available natural mask pack maker (trade name: THERAPHOR). A photograph of the manufactured mask pack is shown in FIG. 2B.

Comparative Example 3

50 parts by weight of carrageenan, 30 parts by weight of glucomannan, 2 parts by weight of KCl, 30 parts by weight of citric acid, 10 parts by weight of sodium bicarbonate, 2 parts by weight of sodium hyaluronate, 2 parts by weight of seaweed polysaccharide, 2 parts by weight of soybean protein, To prepare tablets. A mask pack was prepared by mounting a tablet on a commercially available natural mask pack maker (trade name: THERAPHOR). A photograph of the manufactured mask pack is shown in FIG. 2C.

As can be seen from the comparison between FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the composition of the present invention makes it possible to simply manufacture a hydrogel mask pack of a perfect shape, and is made of natural ingredients, has no side effects, The effect is excellent. On the other hand, in the case of the comparative example, there is a disadvantage that the shape is not completely formed, the drying time is prolonged, or drying is not performed.
