The tremella extract is prepared by the following method: soaking dry tremella to obtain soaked tremella, then carrying out wet grinding to obtain tremella pulp, adding the extracting solution into the tremella pulp according to the mass ratio of the extracting solution to the dry tremella being 20-40: 1, heating to 60-90 ℃, stirring and extracting for 3-5 hours, cooling and filtering, wherein the filtrate is the tremella extract. The tremella moisturizing and anti-wrinkle agent is prepared by adding 1, 2-hexanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol and p-hydroxyacetophenone into the tremella extract, wherein the content of the 1, 2-hexanediol, the content of the 1, 2-pentanediol and the p-hydroxyacetophenone in the tremella moisturizing and anti-wrinkle agent are respectively 0.5 mass percent, 0.5 mass percent and 0.2 mass percent.
The tremella moisturizing and anti-wrinkle agent prepared in examples 1-7 was tested for tremella polysaccharide content, moisturizing effect, efficiency of removing superoxide anions and hydroxyl radicals, and the results are shown in table 1, and example 1 and example 4 comparatively illustrate that wet grinding has an important influence on tremella polysaccharide extraction efficiency and product antioxidant capacity; example 2 and example 4 show that the alkaline aqueous solution has obvious influence on the extraction efficiency of the tremella polysaccharide; example 3 and example 4 illustrate that the organic solvent of the extract has a significant effect on the antioxidant capacity of the product; example 5 illustrates that the temperature of the soaking water has a significant influence on the extraction rate of the tremella extract; in addition, example 6 and example 7 respectively show that the extraction temperature and extraction time have important influence on the extraction rate of the tremella polysaccharides and the moisturizing and antioxidant effects.

Testing the moisture content of the skin by using a moisture tester, and selecting 20 volunteers; the volunteers are male and female halves. Two solutions were applied to the skin surface: one solution is a hyaluronic acid solution with the mass fraction of 1.0%, and the other solution is a tremella moisturizing and anti-wrinkle agent (prepared in embodiment 4 of the invention) solution with the mass fraction of 1.0%; each hour was tested for 4 hours. The percentage change in moisture content of the skin surface over time is shown in figure 1 and the results show that: the tremella moisturizing and anti-wrinkle agent provided by the invention has a moisturizing effect which is different from that of hyaluronic acid with the same amount, and has stronger water locking performance along with the increase of time, so that the tremella moisturizing and anti-wrinkle agent can keep moisture for a long time.
Claims (2)
1. The preparation method of the tremella extract is characterized by comprising the following steps: soaking dry tremella in deionized water at 5-15 ℃ for 30-60 minutes to obtain soaked tremella, then carrying out wet grinding to obtain tremella pulp, adding the extracting solution into the tremella pulp according to the mass ratio of the extracting solution to the dry tremella of 20-40: 1, heating to 60-90 ℃, stirring and extracting for 3-5 hours, cooling, and filtering to obtain filtrate, namely the tremella extract; the extracting solution is a mixed solution of sodium bicarbonate water solution and 1, 2-propylene glycol with the volume ratio of 3:1 and the pH value of 8.0.
2. The preparation method of the tremella extract as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filtering is performed by vacuum filtration with a filter membrane of 0.45 μm after vacuum filtration with gauze of 400 mesh.
