Abstract
Description
도 2는 조사되는 빛의 파장에 따른 광합성 세균에서 생산되는 5-아미노레불린산의 생산량을 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 3은 배지에 첨가된 유기산 전구체에 따른 광합성 세균에서 생산되는 5-아미노레불린산의 생산량을 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 4는 배지에 첨가된 글루코스의 농도에 따른 광합성 세균에서 생산되는 5-아미노레불린산의 생산량을 나타내는 그래프이다.
Claims (10)
- (a) LED 광원으로부터 발생되는 빛을 조사하면서 광합성 세균을 숙신산, 아세트산, 피루브산 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 유기산 전구체 및 30 내지 60mM의 글루코스를 포함하는 배지를 사용하여 배양하여 배양물을 수득하는 단계; 및
(b) 상기 배양물로부터 5-아미노레불린산(ALA)을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는, 5-아미노레불린산(ALA)의 생산방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 LED 광원으로부터 발생되는 빛은 800 내지 920nm의 파장을 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 LED 광원으로부터 발생되는 빛은 850nm의 파장을 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광합성 세균은 클로로비움 속 균주(Chlorobium sp.), 크로마튬 속 균주(Chromatium sp.), 로도스피릴륨 속 균주(Rhodospirillum sp.), 로도박터 속 균주(Rhodobacter sp.) 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 균주인 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배양은 회분식 배양방법, 연속식 배양방법, 유가식 배양방법 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법에 의해 수행되는 것인 방법.
