Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a fabric for a summer garment having excellent durability and a method for manufacturing the same,

More particularly, the present invention relates to a fabric useful as a material for clothing for summer, which is excellent in perspiration persistence, sweat-absorbing quick-drying property and comfortability, and a method for producing the same.

Recently, due to the warming of the summer due to global warming, the demand for cooling energy has been increasing day by day, and the fabrics excellent in cold sensation, quick-drying and quick-drying are attracting attention as a summer clothing material.

Conventionally, hemp textile fabrics have been widely used as clothing materials for the summer, but they have been problematic in that they are rough and have a high cost.

On the other hand, cotton fiber fabrics or ordinary synthetic fiber fabrics have problems in that they are insufficient in cold sensation and sweat fastness.

As another conventional technique, a synthetic fiber fabric improved in ultraviolet ray shielding effect by dispersing inorganic particles in synthetic fibers has been used as a garment material for summer use. However, even in this case, the effect of cooling effect and comfort can not be fully manifested.

As another conventional technique, a fabric woven with synthetic fibers having a modified cross section is used as a garment material for summer use in order to improve sweat fast drying property. However, in this case, a sufficient cold feeling effect can not be given.

More specifically, in the case of using a projecting cross-section fiber which is usually applied, the bending rigidity is increased by an increase in the degree of release, and since the touch is not smooth as compared with a general material having the same thickness, The fiber is crimped to the fiber. When the fiber is subjected to the flamming process, the cross-section is distorted by the strong compression of the belt and disk, which are the fusing mechanism, and the microchannel collapses inevitably. There may be a disadvantage in that

Korean Patent No. 10-0893630 discloses a double-woven composite cold-sensitive fabric having a low density and a high density fabric on the front and back surfaces, but there is a limit to realize a cold feeling functionality only with a fabric structure of a fabric containing a cold feeling functional agent .

As a result, conventional cold materials have been advanced through various attempts, but most of them have resulted in unsatisfactory results in terms of combined cold sensibility.

Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem [8] Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a fabric which is excellent in cold sensation, cold feeling persistence, sweat absorbency and comfortability.

In order to solve such a problem, the present invention provides a method for fabricating a fabric (1), comprising the steps of: (i) using a sheath-core type nylon / polyester conjugate fiber having a cross section shape as one of warp yarns and weft yarns, (Ii) a one-pack type wet polyurethane resin composition is coated on the inner surface of the fabric 1, followed by coagulation and water washing to form a small number of perforated polyurethane resin layer 2, (iii) A water-dispersible hydrophilic non-porous polyurethane resin composition in which microcapsules containing a silicone menthol cold agent are dispersed and added on a small number of perforated polyurethane resin layer (2) is coated and dried to form a hydrophilic non-porous polyurethane resin layer (I) a fabric (1) comprising a sheath-core type nylon / polyester conjugate fiber having an irregular cross-sectional shape as shown in Fig. 1, (ii) And a hydrophilic nonporous polyurethane resin layer (3) formed on the hydrophobic porous polyurethane resin layer (2), wherein the hydrophilic porous polyurethane resin layer (3) Wherein a microcapsule containing a silicone menthol cold agent is dispersed and added to produce a fabric for a summer garment having excellent cold feeling and sustainability.

The fabric for a summer garment according to the present invention is characterized in that the fabric (1) comprises a sheath-core type nylon / polyester conjugate fiber of an unshaped cross section excellent in cold sensation and sucking and quick drying property, (3) which is made of a small number of perforated polyurethane resin layer (3) for discharging well to the fabric (1). In the part directly in contact with the skin of the human body, it absorbs the sweat and heat emitted from the human body, Type polyurethane resin layer 3 is formed, which is excellent in cold feeling persistence, comfort and sweat-absorbing quick-drying property, and thus is useful as a fabric for summer clothing.
