Claims (5)
- 일면에는 하중이 인가되는 입력부(11)와, 상기 입력부(11)의 둘레에 환형 노치홈(12)이 형성되고, 그 반대면에는 스트레인 게이지(15)가 부착된 다이어프램(14)이 형성되는 센서바디(1)와, 상기 스트레인 게이지(15)의 측정값에 근거하여 하중을 산출하는 신호처리부(4)를 포함하는 하중센서에 있어서,상기 노치홈(12)과 상기 입력부(11) 사이에는 상기 다이어프램(14)의 선형 변형 구간이 증대되도록 비탈경사면(13)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하중센서.
- 제1항에서, 상기 다이어프램(14)에는,상기 스트레인 게이지(15)가 부착되는 부착면의 변형이 증대되도록 상기 입력부(11)의 중심과 일치하는 중심을 갖는 원판돌기(142)가 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하중센서.
- 시트레일과 시트프레임 사이에 설치되어, 시트에 앉은 승객의 체중을 계측하는 감지장치(200)에 있어서,상면에는 중앙에 상기 시트레일에 연결되어 하중이 인가되는 입력부(11)와, 중앙 둘레에 환형 노치홈(12)이 형성되며, 상기 노치홈(12)과 상기 입력부(11) 사이에는 다이어프램(14)의 선형 변형 구간이 증대되도록 비탈경사면(13)이 형성되고,하면에는 스트레인 게이지(15)가 부착되는 상기 다이어프램(14)이 형성되도록 내부에 장착홈(16)이 형성되는 센서바디(1);상기 센서바디(1)의 양측으로 대칭되게 연장형성되며, 상기 시트프레임에 고정되는 고정부(2);상기 센서바디(1)와 상기 고정부(2) 사이에 형성되고, 상기 고정부(2)에서 들어온 잡하중이 상기 다이어프램(14)으로 전달되는 경로 상에 형성되는 절개부(3); 및상기 장착홈(16)의 내부에 내장되며, 상기 스트레인 게이지(15)의 측정값에 근거하여 하중을 산출하는 신호처리부(4);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 승객 체중 감지장치.
- 제3항에서,상기 장착홈(16)을 폐쇄하는 차폐커버(5)가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 승객 체중 감지장치.
- 제4항에서,상기 다이어프램(14)에는,상기 스트레인 게이지(15)가 부착되는 부착면(141)의 변형이 증대되도록 상 기 입력부(11)의 중심과 일치하는 중심을 갖는 원판돌기(142)가 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 승객 체중 감지장치.
