Claims (12)
- 질화붕소를 포함하는 방열시트에 있어서,
상기 방열시트는 질화붕소 100 중량부에 대하여, 이액형 실리콘 고무 40 내지 100 중량부 및 안료 3 내지 40 중량부를 포함하며,
상기 방열시트의 수직방향의 열전도율은 0.3W/mK 내지 3W/mK이며,
상기 방열시트의 색상별 열전도율은 적색 또는 녹색은 0.4W/mK 내지 0.60W/mK, 흑색은 0.90W/mK 내지 1.40W/mK, 백색은 1.20W/mK 내지 1.80W/mK, 회색은 1.80W/mK 내지 2.00W/mK인 것을 특징으로 하는 질화붕소를 포함하는 방열시트. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 안료는 질화알루미늄, 탄소 또는 전이금속 화합물 중 어느 하나를 포함하며, 상기 전이금속 화합물은 탄화티탄, 산화철(Ⅲ) 또는 산화크로뮴(Ⅲ) 중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 질화붕소를 포함하는 방열시트. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 이액형 실리콘 고무는 실리콘 고무 및 경화제를 포함하고, 상기 실리콘 고무 100 중량부에 대하여 상기 경화제는 10 내지 90 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 질화붕소를 포함하는 방열시트. - 삭제

상기 방열시트의 두께는 500㎛ 내지 1mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 질화붕소를 포함하는 방열시트. - 질화붕소 분말 100 중량부에 대하여, 이액형 실리콘 고무 40 내지 100 중량부 및 안료 3 내지 40 중량부를 혼합하여 페이스트를 형성하는 페이스트 형성단계;
상기 페이스트를 가압성형하여 판상형태의 방열시트를 형성하는 방열시트 형성단계; 및
상기 방열시트를 50℃ 내지 300℃에서 경화하는 경화단계를 포함하며,
상기 페이스트 형성단계의 혼합은 볼-밀(ball-mill)에 의해 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화붕소를 포함하는 방열시트 제조방법. - 삭제
