Abstract
Description
도 2는 PIV5 및 돼지 파라 인플루엔자 바이러스 5의 SH 유전자의 뉴클레오티드 서열 정렬을 나타낸 도이다.
도 3은 Paramyxoviridae 과에 속하는 36개의 파라믹소바이러스들의 인단백질(P) 유전자(도 3A) 및 13개의 PIV5 분리주의 융합(F) 유전자(도 3B)의 뉴클레오티드 서열을 계통발생적으로 분석한 도이다. 기준자는 염기서열간의 불일치를 나타내는 거리(distance)를 의미한다.
도 4는 PAM 세포, PK-15 세포, ST 세포, HeLa 세포, HEK-293T 세포, Vero 세포, MDBK 세포, 및 BGK-21 세포에 1의 감염다중도(MOI)로 본 발명에 따른 신규한 돼지 파라 인플루엔자 바이러스 5를 감염시킨 후, 24시간 후에 촬영한 도이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 신규한 돼지 파라 인플루엔자 바이러스 5에 감염된 PAM 세포, PK-15 세포, 및 ST 세포에 대한 본 발명에 따른 신규한 바이러스 역가를 나타낸 도이다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 신규한 돼지 파라 인플루엔자 바이러스 5에 감염된 PAM 세포의 혈구 응집반응을 측정한 결과를 나타낸 도이다.
도 7은 본 발명에 따른 신규한 돼지 파라 인플루엔자 바이러스 5에 감염된 PAM 세포의 면역 관련 유전자의 mRNA 발현을 나타낸 도이다(*, P = 0.001 에서 0.05; †, P < 0.001).

- 서열번호 1로 표시되는 폴리뉴클레오티드로 구성된 PIV5(parainfluenza virus 5)형 돼지 파라인플루엔자 바이러스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바이러스는 수탁번호 KCTC 12474BP 인 것을 특징으로 하는 돼지 파라인플루엔자 바이러스.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 바이러스, 또는 이의 항원을 유효성분으로 포함하는 PIV5형 돼지 파라인플루엔자 바이러스 예방 백신 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 백신은 돼지에게 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백신 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 백신은 용매, 면역증강제(adjuvant) 및 부형제로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백신 조성물.
