Abstract
이를 위하여 본 발명은, 비누를 제조하기 위해 각 원료를 혼합기에서 혼합하는 단계, 분쇄기에서 비누 칩과 각 원료를 분쇄하는 단계, 진공처리기에서 수분 및 공기를 제거하는 단계, 히터로 가열하여 비누 바(Bar)를 제조하는 단계, 금형으로 비누 바를 프레싱하여 비누를 제조하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 비누 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 각 원료는 전체 중량비를 기준으로, 팜유(Palm Oil)가 83 ~ 86%, 낙화생유가 7 ~8%, 산화아연이 2 ~ 4%, 캐모마일(Chamomile)꽃 추출물이 0.2 ~ 0.4%, 한방 추출물이 0.3 ~ 0.5%, 알로에베라(Aloe Vera) 추출물이 0.3 ~ 0.5%, 아르기닌(Arginine)이 0.2 ~ 0.4%, 프로폴리스(Propolis) 추출물이 0.05 ~ 0.15%, 포도씨 오일이 0.2 ~ 0.4%, 티트리 오일(Tea Tree Oil)이 0.05 ~ 0.15%, 물이 0.5 ~ 1.5%, 시어버터(Shea Butter)가 0.5 ~ 1.5%, 토코페롤(Tocopherol)이 0.05 ~ 0.15%, 향료가 0.5 ~ 1.5% 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

- 비누를 제조하기 위해 각 원료를 혼합기에서 혼합하는 단계, 분쇄기에서 비누 칩과 각 원료를 분쇄하는 단계, 진공처리기에서 수분 및 공기를 제거하는 단계, 히터로 가열하여 비누 바(Bar)를 제조하는 단계, 금형으로 비누 바를 프레싱하여 비누를 제조하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 비누 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 각 원료는 전체 중량비를 기준으로, 팜유(Palm Oil)가 83 ~ 86%, 낙화생유가 7 ~8%, 나노 산화아연이 2 ~ 4%, 캐모마일(Chamomile)꽃 추출물이 0.2 ~ 0.4%, 감초, 치자, 녹차, 쑥, 고삼, 상백피를 포함하는 한방 추출물이 0.3 ~ 0.5%, 알로에베라(Aloe Vera) 추출물이 0.3 ~ 0.5%, 아르기닌(Arginine)이 0.2 ~ 0.4%, 프로폴리스(Propolis) 추출물이 0.05 ~ 0.15%, 포도씨 오일이 0.2 ~ 0.4%, 티트리 오일(Tea Tree Oil)이 0.05 ~ 0.15%, 물이 0.5 ~ 1.5%, 시어버터(Shea Butter)가 0.5 ~ 1.5%, 토코페롤(Tocopherol)이 0.05 ~ 0.15%, 향료가 0.5 ~ 1.5% 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 산화아연이 함유된 항균 비누의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 나노 산화아연은, 직접 탈산법에 의해 제조된 입자상태의 산화아연을 제트 밀(Jet Mill)에 의해 300nm ~ 1㎛의 크기로 분쇄하여 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 산화아연이 함유된 항균 비누의 제조방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 나노 산화아연은, 비표면적이 60㎡/g, 비중이 5.7, PH가 7인 포도형 분말 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 산화아연이 함유된 항균 비누의 제조방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 산화아연이 함유된 항균 비누.
