Description
도 2는 알루미나 졸의 표면개질 공정도이다.
도 3은 알루미나 종과 폴리(비닐 알코올)을 이용한 코팅 용액의 제조 공정도이다.

Claims (5)
- 이축연신 폴리프로필렌(BOPP) 필름에 산소 차단 특성을 향상시키기 위한 코팅을 형성시키는 방법으로서,
알루미늄 이소프로폭사이드(aluminum isopropoxide: AIP)를 증류수와 1:100의 몰 비로 혼합하고, 이 혼합물을 기준으로 하여 10중량%의 해교를 위한 염산(35.0% HCl) 용액을 첨가하여 투명한 알루미나 졸을 제조하는 단계;
30 중량부의 제조된 알루미나 졸에 실란커플링제인 0.05 g mole(중량부의 단위가 g인 경우)의 글리시독시프로필 트리메톡시실란(glycidoxypropyl trimethoxysilane: GPTMS)와 30 내지 50 중량부의 25중량% 유기고분자 PVA(poly(vinyl alcohol)) 수용액을 혼합하여 코팅 용액을 제조하는 단계;
상기 제조된 코팅 용액을 이축연신 폴리프로필렌(BOPP) 필름에 코팅시킨 후에 열 경화에 의해서 경화시키는 단계; 및
코팅 용액이 경화된 필름을 플라즈마 진공 분위기에서 SiO2 스퍼터링 건에 의해서 SiO2층을 스퍼터링 코팅하고, 이어서, SiO2 층 위에 Al2O3 스퍼터링 건을 사용하여 Al2O3 무기막을 2차로 스퍼터링 코팅하는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서, 경화제로서 0.6 중량부의 에틸렌 디아민(ethylene diamine)이 코팅 용액에 추가로 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 코팅 용액 경화 후의 코팅의 두께가 10 내지 30㎛이고, SiO2 스퍼터링 및 Al2O3 스퍼터링 코팅의 두께가 각각 0.05 내지 0.3 ㎛임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해서 제조된 코팅된 이축연신 폴리프로필렌(BOPP) 필름.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 의료 수액백에 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 코팅된 이축연신 폴리프로필렌 필름.
