도 2는 베어링을 상세하게 도시한 도면.
도 3은 도 1이 펌프바디, 캔부에 결합된 모습의 단면을 도시한 도면.
펌프바디(500)의 내측에 형성되어 샤프트(400)에 관통 결합되는 프론트베어링(600)과 샤프트(400)의 하방에 장착되는 리어베어링(700) 그리고 로터(100)의 상측과 프론트베어링(600)의 사이에 마련되는 스러스트베어링(이하, 베어링, 300)이며, 본 발명은 본 명세서에서 베어링(300)으로 지칭되는 스러스트 베어링(300)을 특화한 캔드 모터 펌프에 관한 것이다.

Claims (13)
- 모터의 로터;
바 형상이고, 상기 로터에 관통됨으로써, 로터와 결합되는 샤프트;
원기둥형상으로써, 상기 로터의 상단측에 결합되고, 샤프트에 의해 관통되는 베어링; 및
상기 베어링의 상단은 노출되며 로터 및 베어링이 인서트되도록 외측에서 감싸는 형태로 형성되는 하우징;을 포함하고,
상기 베어링의 상측으로 펌프바디가 결합되고, 펌프바디의 하측으로는 프론트 베어링이 샤프트에 관통결합되어 프론트베어링에 대해 베어링이 상대회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캔드 모터 펌프. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 하우징은 상기 로터, 샤프트 및 베어링이 결합된 결합체 중 로터와 베어링의 외주면을 감싸도록 사출 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캔드 모터 펌프. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 하우징은 측면 또는 하면의 두께보다 상면의 두께가 더 두껍게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 캔드 모터 펌프. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 베어링은 원기둥의 형상이되 중심부가 상단의 직경이나 하단의 직경보다 더 작은 직경을 갖는 넥부가 형성되어 상측플랜지부, 하측플랜지부 및 넥부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캔드 모터 펌프. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 하우징은 상기 베어링의 넥부를 중심으로 형성되어 상측플랜지부는 하우징의 상측에 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캔드 모터 펌프. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 베어링에는 베어링의 측면에서 반경방향으로 돌출된 돌출돌기가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 캔드 모터 펌프. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 베어링은 탄성재질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 캔드 모터 펌프. - 삭제

상기 샤프트의 하방에는 리어베어링이 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캔드 모터 펌프. - 삭제
