Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a fabric cutting apparatus and a fabric cutting method, and more particularly, to a fabric cutting apparatus and a fabric cutting method for cutting a compressed fabric.
The fabric processing process includes a design process for determining a design and forming a predetermined pattern on a fabric by a technique such as drawing or printing, a fabric cutting process for cutting a fabric along a pattern formed on the fabric, and a sewing process for sewing the cut fabric Process.
Among them, the fabric cutting process is a process of laminating a plurality of fabrics having a pattern and cutting the fabrics along the pattern. At this time, a cutting device is used for the fabric cutting process. The cutting device uses a laser, a cutter blade or the like to cut the fabric.
On the other hand, a conventional cutting apparatus has been disclosed in Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2006-0065876 (triple-width fabric and its narrow-width fabric cutting apparatus, 2006. 06. 14). The present invention is an invention for cutting and separating a fabric to a certain standard without any error. The present invention is characterized in that the present invention includes a loom for weaving a fabric, a frame having a cutting table, and a band cutter for horizontally cutting the fabric.
However, in the present invention, the stacked fabrics may be scattered due to the stress applied from the band cutter in the process of cutting a plurality of stacked fabrics. Therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to accurately cut the fabric. Therefore, a compression fabric cutting technique as shown in FIG. 1 is applied.

However, in the compression fabric cutting technique, as the fabric is cut, an open area where the closure member is opened is formed. Thereby, the compressed fabric inside the closure member can be expanded outside the closure member through the open region. Therefore, flow occurs in the fabric and the sealing member. As described above, when the flow of the cloth and the sealing member occurs, there is a problem that accurate cutting of the cloth is difficult.
