도3은 영구적으로 여기되는 모터들에서 무센서 회전자 위치 검출을 모니터링 및 보정하기 위한 디바이스를 예시하는데, 여기서는 개별 페이즈 전류들이 타겟팅된 방식으로 각각 변할 수 있다.
Claims (12)
- BLDC(brushless direct current motor) 모터(3)의 회전자 위치를 센서 없이 모니터링 및 보정하기 위한 디바이스로서,
회전자 위치 검출의 불명확성(ambiguity)을 모니터링하고 그리고 회전자 위치를 보정하기 위한 모니터링/보정 디바이스(6)를 통해 검출된 유도계수에 근거하는 신호들을 전송하기 위한, 동작중인 상기 BLDC 모터(3)의 회전자 위치를 검출하는 검출 디바이스(4, 5)와;
제어 디바이스(1)와; 그리고
상기 BLDC 모터(3)에 연결된 전류 컨버터(2)
를 포함하며,
상기 검출 디바이스(4, 5)는 회전자 위치를 전송하기 위하여 상기 제어 디바이스(1)에 연결되며,
회전자의 자극들(magnet poles)이 즉시 정반대로 위치되는(immediately oppositely positioned) 페이즈들에서 목표로 하는 방식으로 전류들이 변화하도록, 상기 모니터링/보정 디바이스(6)는 상기 제어 디바이스(1)에 연결되며,
상기 제어 디바이스(1)의 실제 스위칭 상태들과 상기 실제 스위칭 상태들로부터 유도된 상기 모니터링/보정 디바이스(6)의 변화된 스위칭 상태들이 상기 전류 컨버터(2)로 전송되며,
상기 모니터링/보정 디바이스(6)는 또한, 보정 값들(corrective values)의 전송을 위하여 상기 검출 디바이스(4, 5)에 연결되며,
상기 모니터링/보정 디바이스(6)에서,
2개의 측정들 사이의 시간이 상기 BLDC 모터(3)의 다이내믹스(dynamics) 보다 낮아지도록 측정되는 상기 검출된 유도계수에 근거하는 신호들에 기초하여,
그리고 독립적으로 계산된 PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)에 기초하여, 무효 전류들(reactive currents)의 영향에 대한 보상과 함께, 목표로 하는 전류 공급(targeted current supply)이 PWM 패턴에 통합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 BLDC 모터의 회전자 위치를 센서 없이 모니터링 및 보정하기 위한 디바이스. - 삭제
