Description
Claims (11)
- 가공될 공작물(1, 27)의 통로인 관통 구멍(5)을 구비하고, 가공될 공작물(1, 27)의 세로축에 관하여 회전가능하게 장착되며, 반경방향으로 이동가능한 복수의 공구(7, 26)를 구비하는 피구동 공구 고정구(3, 25)와; 상기 공구 고정구(3, 25)와 같은 중심상에서 회전가능하게 장착되는 피구동 이동 슬리브(Sleeve)(4, 24)와; 상기 공구 고정구(3, 25)와 이동 슬리브(4, 24) 사이에서 상대적 운동을 발생시키는 상대적 운동 수단과; 그리고 상기 공구 고정구(3, 25)와 이동 슬리브(4, 24) 사이의 상대적 운동을 공구(7, 26)의 이동 운동으로 변환시키는 이동 수단;을 포함하고,상기 공구 고정구(3, 25)와 이동 슬리브(4, 24) 사이의 상대적 운동이, 상기 공구 고정구(3, 25)의 회전축에 대하여 같은 중심의 상대적 회전으로 이루어지는 바(Bar) 형상 또는 튜브형 공작물 절삭장치에 있어서,상기 상대적 운동 수단은,상기 이동 슬리브(4, 24)의 기어부(15)와 맞물리고 기어축(17)상에 배열되며, 제 1헬리컬 기어부를 갖는 슬리브 구동 기어휠(Gearwheel)(19)과,상기 공구 고정구(3, 25)의 기어부(14)와 맞물리고 상기 기어축(17)에 같이 배열되며, 상기 제 1헬리컬 기어부와 반대로 형성된 제 2헬리컬 기어부를 갖는 홀더(Holder) 구동 기어휠(18)과, 그리고상기 이동 슬리브(4, 24) 또는 공구 고정구(3, 25)와 관련하여, 상기 기어축(17)의 축방향 변위를 조절하기 위한 축 구동부(21)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바 형상 또는 튜브형 공작물 절삭장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 각 공구(7, 26)에 대한 이동 수단은, 상기 이동 슬리브(4, 24)상에 구비된 공구 가이드 면(11, 31)을 포함하고, 상기 가이드 면(11,31)은 이동 슬리브의 회전축으로부터 거리가 감소되게 원주방향으로 움직이도록 배열되며,각 공구(7, 26)는, 조립된 가이드 면(11, 31)에 대하여 직접적으로 또는 공 구 장착부(6)를 통하여 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바 형상 또는 튜브형 공작물 절삭장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 홀더 구동 기어휠(18) 또는 슬리브 구동 기어휠(19)은, 메인(Main) 구동 기어휠(20)에 의해 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바 형상 또는 튜브형 공작물 절삭장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 공구는 절삭 나이프(Knife)(7)인 것을 특징으로 하는 바 형상 또는 튜브형 공작물 절삭장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 공구는 밀링 커터(Milling Cutter)(26)인 것을 특징으로 하는 바 형상 또는 튜브형 공작물 절삭장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 공구는, 절삭 공구(7, 26, 44) 세트(Set) 및 비절삭 공구(46) 세트를 모두 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바 형상 또는 튜브형 공작물 절삭장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 절삭 공구(7, 26, 44) 및 비절삭 공구(46)는, 가공될 공작물(1)의 전진 방향에서 보아 하나가 다른 하나의 뒷쪽에 배치됨으로써, 가공될 공작물(1)이 먼저 절삭 공구(7, 26, 44)에 의해 가공되고, 이어서 비절삭 공구(46)에 의해 가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바 형상 또는 튜브형 공작물 절삭장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 비절삭 공구는 연마 공구(46)인 것을 특징으로 하는 바 형상 또는 튜브형 공작물 절삭장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 연마 공구(46)는 연마 롤러(53)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바 형상 또는 튜브형 공작물 절삭장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 비절삭 공구(46)는, 가공될 공작물(1, 27)의 센터링(Centering) 역할을 동시에 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바 형상 또는 튜브형 공작물 절삭장치.
