Description
a) 送りスリーブの歯付きリングにかみ合う、伝動軸上に配置された、第1はすばを有するスリーブ駆動歯車と、
b) 工具ホルダの歯付きリングにかみ合う、同じ伝動軸上に配置された、第1はすばと反対向きの第2はすばを有するホルダ駆動歯車と、
c) 送りスリーブおよび/または工具ホルダと相対的に伝動軸を制御して軸方向に摺動させるための手段とを備えているように、本発明に係る装置を形成すると有利である。

Claims (10)
- a) 加工すべき工作物(1、27)用の通路(5)を有し、加工すべき工作物(1、27)の縦軸線回りに回転可能に支承されかつ駆動される、ほぼ半径方向に送り可能な複数の工具(7、26)を備えた工具ホルダ(3、25)と、
b) 工具ホルダ(3、25)に対して同心的に回転可能に支承されかつ駆動される送りスリーブ(4、24)と、
c) 工具ホルダ(3、25)と送りスリーブ(4、24)の相対運動を生じるための相対運動手段と、
d) 工具ホルダ(3、25)と送りスリーブ(4、24)の相対運動を工具(7、26)の送り運動に変換するための送り手段とを備えた、
棒状または管状の工作物(1、27)を切削加工するための装置において、
e) 工具ホルダ(3、25)と送りスリーブ(4、24)の相対運動が工具ホルダ(3、25)の回転軸線に対して同心的な相対回転であること、および、
f) 相対運動手段が伝動装置を備え、この伝動装置が、以下の特徴、すなわち、
aa) 送りスリーブ(4、24)の歯付きリング(15)にかみ合う、伝動軸(17)上に配置された、第1はすばを有するスリーブ駆動歯車(19)と、
bb) 工具ホルダ(3、25)の歯付きリング(14)にかみ合う、同じ伝動軸(17)上に配置された、第1はすばと反対向きの第2はすばを有するホルダ駆動歯車(18)と、
cc) 送りスリーブ(4、24)および/または工具ホルダ(3、25)と相対的に伝動軸(17)を制御して軸方向に摺動させるための手段(21)とを備えていること、
を特徴とする装置。 - a) 各工具(7、26)用送り手段が送りスリーブ(4、24)に設けられた工具ガイド(11、31)を備え、各工具ガイド(11、31)が、送りスリーブ回転軸線に対する間隔が時計回りに小さくなるように延在配置され、
b) 各工具(7、26)が所属の工具ガイド(11、31)に直接接触しているかまたは工具支持体(6)を介して接触していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - ホルダ駆動歯車(18)またはスリーブ駆動歯車(19)が1個の主駆動歯車(20)によって駆動されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 工具がカッタ(7)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 工具がフライス(26)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 工具が切削工具(7、26、44)のセットおよび非切削工具(46)のセットを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 加工すべき材料(1、27)が先ず最初に切削工具(7、26、44)によって加工され、続いて非切削工具(46)によって加工されるように、切削工具(7、26、44)と非切削工具(46)が加工すべき材料(1、27)の前進駆動方向に見て並べて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 非切削工具が研磨工具(46)であることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の装置。
- 研磨工具(46)が研磨ローラ(53)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 非切削工具(46)が同時に、加工すべき材料(1、27)のためのセンタリング部材としての働きをすることを特徴とする請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
