도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전기자동차의 변속 장치의 원웨이 클러치를 나타낸 도면.

Claims (6)
- 전기자동차의 모터 구동축 상에서 자유회동하는 선기어;
변속기 하우징에 고정되어 구동시 상기 선기어를 고정하는 제동장치;
모터 구동축에 고정되어 선기어를 따라 유성기어를 이동시키는 캐리어;
유성기어를 둘러싸면서 유성기어의 이동에 의해 회전하는 링기어;
상기 링기어와 연결되고 모터 구동축과도 원웨이 클러치로 연결되는 출력기어;
1속 모드와 2속 모드를 구비하고, 1속 모드시에는 구동력이 원웨이 클러치를 통해 직접 상기 출력기어로 전달되다가 2속 모드로의 변경시 제동장치를 구동시켜 선기어를 고정시킴으로써 상기 캐리어에 의한 링기어의 회전으로 출력기어의 회전속도가 증속되도록 하는 제어부;를 포함하는 전기자동차의 변속 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 선기어에는 선기어의 일면에 원주방향을 따라 결합되어 함께 회전하는 디스크패널이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 변속 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 원웨이 클러치는 모터 구동축의 회전속도가 상기 출력기어의 회전속도 보다 빠를 때 모터 구동축의 구동력을 출력기어로 전달하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 변속 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 모터 구동축에는 일단이 모터 구동축과 연결되고 타단이 상기 출력기어와 연결되어 선택적으로 상기 구동축이 상기 출력기어와 직결될 수 있도록 하는 도그클러치가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 변속 장치. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 차량의 후진신호 인가시, 상기 도그클러치를 상기 출력기어와 치합시키고 모터를 역회전시켜 상기 출력기어가 역회전되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 변속 장치. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
외부신호에 의해 상기 도그클러치를 상기 출력기어와 치합시키는 클러치 구동부가 더 구비되고, 상기 제어부는 차량의 후진신호 인가시 상기 클러치 구동부를 작동시켜 상기 도그클러치를 상기 출력기어와 치합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 변속 장치.
