Claims (5)
- 밸브체와, 이 밸브체가 가압되어서 기밀하게 접촉되는 밸브 시트가 형성된 밸브 박스를 구비하고, 밸브 박스로 유도되는 기체의 압력이 설정값에 이르렀을 때에, 그 압력에 의해 상기 밸브체가 상기 밸브 시트로부터 이격되어 상기 밸브 박스 내의 기체를 외부로 방출하도록 한 릴리프 밸브이며,
상기 밸브체에, 이 밸브체와 일체로 설치되어 상기 밸브 박스의 내벽과의 사이에 상기 기체의 유로를 형성하는 가동체가 설치되어 있음과 함께,
상기 밸브체에는, 상기 밸브 박스 내의 압력이 항상 작용하는 제1 수압면과, 밸브체가 상기 밸브 시트로부터 이격되었을 때에 상기 밸브 박스 내의 압력이 작용하는 제2 수압면이 형성되고,
상기 가동체에는, 상기 밸브 박스 내의 압력을 받는 제3 수압면이 형성되며,
상기 밸브 박스의 내벽에는, 상기 밸브체가 상기 밸브 시트로부터 이격되었을 때에, 상기 가동체와 협동해서 상기 유로를 좁히는 소경부가 형성되고,
상기 제2 수압면은 상기 밸브 시트에 기밀하게 면접촉하는 경사면에 형성되고,
상기 밸브 박스에는, 상기 밸브체가 기밀 상태에서 미끄럼 이동 가능하게 끼워 맞춰지는 가이드부가 상기 제2 수압면을 둘러싸도록 형성되고,
상기 가이드부는, 상기 밸브 시트의 외주 부분으로부터, 상기 밸브체가 밸브 시트로부터 이격되는 이동 방향을 따라서 상승되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 릴리프 밸브. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제3 수압면은, 상기 제1 수압면보다도 큰 것을 특징으로 하는, 릴리프 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가동체는, 대경부와 소경부를 갖고, 상기 밸브체가 상기 밸브 시트로부터 이격되었을 때에, 상기 가동체의 대경부와 상기 밸브 박스의 소경부 사이에서 상기 유로를 좁히는 것을 특징으로 하는, 릴리프 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브체 및 가동체가, 연직 방향으로 이동 가능하게 설치되고, 질량에 의해 상기 밸브체가 상기 밸브 시트를 향해서 가압되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 릴리프 밸브.
