도 2는 커팅단계를 거친 시트체를 보여주기 위한 입체 구성도,
도 3은 시트체에서 잉여필름에 대한 제거단계를 보여주기 위한 공정도,
도 4는 스티커필름 위치 감지 및 인쇄층 형성 단계를 보여주기 위한 공정도,
도 5는 인쇄층이 형성된 시트체를 보여주기 위한 입체 구성도,
도 6은 주사기의 실린더 외주면에 스티커필름이 부착되어지는 일예의 공정도,
도 7은 주사기에 스티커필름 부착 유무를 판단하는 일예의 공정도.

Claims (4)
- 이형시트(10); 및 상면에 인쇄층(21)과 하면에 점착층(22)을 갖고, 상기 이형시트(10) 상부에 배치되는 스티커필름(20);을 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 이형시트(10)와 상기 스티커필름(20)은 투명 재질이고, 상기 점착층(22)은 레이저광 조사 시 레이저센서(1)가 감지할 수 있는 형광을 얻기 위한 형광제를 포함하는 투명 라벨 스티커에 있어서,
상기 점착층(22)은 점착제인 아크릴산 에스테르 공중합물(acrylic co-polymer) 30~35 중량%, 용제인 톨루엔(toluene) 40~45 중량% 과 초산에칠(ethyl acetate) 20~25 중량%, 그리고 형광제인 2,5-thiophenediylbis(5-tert-butyl-1,3-benzoxazole) 0.02~0.05 중량%로 구성되며,
상기 이형시트(10)는 페트(PET : polyethylene terephthalate)로 이루어지고,
상기 스티커필름(20)은 피피(PP : Polypropylene)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 감지형 투명 라벨 스티커.

- 각각 투명 재질인 이형시트(10) 및 필름시트(20A) 공급단계와, 상기 이형시트(10)와 필름시트(20A) 사이에 점착층(22)을 형성하여 상호 부착한 시트체(S) 제작단계와, 상기 필름시트(20A)를 스티커필름(20) 형상 및 배치에 맞게 절단하는 커팅단계와, 상기 시트체(S)의 이형시트(10)에서 상기 스티커필름(20) 주변의 잉여필름(30)을 분리하는 제거단계를 포함하는 라벨 스티커 제조방법에 있어서,
이송되는 상기 시트체(S)에 레이저광을 조사하고 이에 상기 스티커필름(20) 형광제의 형광을 레이저센서(1)로 감지하는 스티커필름 위치 감지단계와, 위치 감지된 상기 스티커필름(20) 상부에 인쇄층(21) 형성 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 감지형 투명 라벨 스티커 제조방법.
