도 2는 도 1에서의 롤 세트에 의해 형성되는 금속 판재의 모습을 도시한 것이다.
Claims (5)
- (a)축방향을 따라 직경이 변하는 제1롤 세트에 금속 판재를 통과시켜 소성 변형시키는 단계;
(b)상기 제1롤 세트와 다른 직경 변화를 갖는 제2롤 세트에 상기 금속 판재를 통과시켜 상기 금속 판재의 형상을 변화시키는 단계; 를 포함하며,
상기 제2롤 세트의 롤은 상기 제1롤 세트의 롤과 정반대 형상을 갖거나 축방향을 따라 직경이 변하지 않는 롤 세트이며,
상기 롤이 축방향을 따라 직경이 변하는 경우에는 상기 롤의 단면이 파동 형상이며,
상기 제2롤 세트의 롤이 축방향을 따라 직경이 변하지 않는 경우에는 상기 (a) 및 (b) 단계를 거친 금속 판재를 상기 제1롤 세트와 정반대 형상을 갖는 제3롤 세트에 통과시켜 상기 금속 판재의 형상을 변화시키는 단계를 더 포함하되,
상기 (a) 및 (b) 단계를 2회 이상 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 판재의 폭방향 집합조직 제어방법. - 삭제
