Claims (7)
- 원료를 성형하여 탄화규소 성형체를 제조하는 단계;
상기 탄화규소 성형체를 분쇄하여 탄화규소 응집체를 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 탄화규소 응집체를 열처리하여 탄화규소 분말을 제조하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 탄화규소 분말은 10㎛ 내지 990㎛의 평균 입경을 가지는 탄화규소 분말 제조 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 원료는 탄화규소를 포함하는 탄화규소 분말 제조 방법. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 원료는 0.3㎛ 내지 5㎛의 평균 입경을 가지는 탄화규소 분말 제조 방법 - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 열처리는 1800℃ 내지 2000℃의 온도에서 열처리하는 탄화규소 분말 제조 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 열처리는 1800℃ 내지 1900℃의 온도에서 열처리하는 탄화규소 분말 제조 방법. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 원료를 성형하여 탄화규소 분말 성형체를 제조하는 단계는, 상기 원료를 가압 성형하는 탄화규소 분말 제조 방법.
