Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a support reinforcement guard rail and its construction method, in particular, in the guard rail that is connected between the support post and the rail by the rail at the edge of the road has a rigid support structure in the ground while the rigid assembly structure between the support post and the rail The present invention relates to a prop reinforcement guard rail that prevents the vehicle from escaping the road and reduces the collision of the vehicle during the collision.
Due to the increase in income due to economic development, traffic volume has increased, and inexperienced self-driving drivers have increased, and traffic accidents are increasing day by day due to the development of vehicles. And physical loss. In addition, vehicle accidents in traffic accidents are on the increase in statistics, requiring the maintenance of roadside facilities and the installation of protective facilities verified through rigorous research results.
The representative ones required in the above situations are guard rails installed on the roadsides on both sides of the road to divide the width of the vehicle's driving and protect the passengers and vehicles from the danger of the roadside when the vehicle leaves the outside of the road. It is used to prevent subsequent accidents by inducing and minimizing the safety and damage of the passengers. Furthermore, these guard rails maintain structural stiffness in the event of collision between large and small vehicles, as well as impact on passenger safety. Simultaneously requires absorption capacity. That is, the guardrail described above requires the selection of the collision vehicle, the collision speed, and the safety of the occupant at the time of design.
Normally, the guardrails constructed as described above have bumper heights of cars, vans, large buses, and trucks not fixedly fixed from the road surface when installed at both edges or centers of the road. Install it to be applicable to various kinds of vehicles.
Here, the guardrail installed on the slope of the fill section, the edge of the road, is an urgent task to effectively absorb the collision energy of the vehicle when the vehicle collides with the guardrail and to prevent the vehicle from falling over the guardrail to the cliff. .
In addition, the support of the guard rail supports the horizontal force due to the load of the vehicle, and it is natural that the guard rail is installed on a solid ground when designing the guard rail, but it is installed on the upper part of the structure such as the embankment soil during the actual construction and does not sufficiently exhibit the passive resistance of the ground. .
In addition, it has been pointed out as a problem to solve this problem because of the large difference in bearing capacity according to the ground conditions or ground shape.
Among the types of installation, there is a serious problem that the landlord does not support the collision force and the deformation of the landlord occurs, such as the guard rail installed on the slope, that is, the domestic road situation is 60cm from the starting point of the fill slope. Since it is impossible to space apart the construction, most of the construction is near the starting point of the fillet slope, so there is a limit to the support of the landlord.
In addition, due to the structure in which the guard stand of the guard rail is inserted into the ground and installed, the guard rail must be installed while repairing the ground according to the condition of the ground and other conditions of the ground, so that the workability of the construction is difficult and inconvenience. .
As described above, the conventional guard rail has been found to be somewhat unreasonable to solve the various problems in securing the safety of the vehicle.
Republic of Korea Patent Registration No. 10-1021148 (2011.3.3) is fixed to the coupling hole formed in the upper end of the pile deeply buried in the ground consisting of a fixing bracket for supporting the bottom of the road facility to firmly fix the bottom of the road facility Since the bottom of the road facility is fixed to the coupling hole of the support by mortar, it is very easy to work, and the road facility installation support and construction method which can connect the road facility integrally with the pile and fix the road facility firmly are disclosed.
Therefore, there are many technologies that have been developed by sticking only to the stiffness of the guardrail itself, but the development for securing horizontal support to the landlord is still insufficient.
Therefore, the present invention induces a rigid support with the ground through the reinforcing member to strengthen the support of the support is installed on the slope of the embankment in which the guard rail is installed on the road side, and the assembly structure of the support and the rail of the support reinforcement guard rail and Reinforced support structure of buried shore supports to effectively prevent road departures due to collision of vehicles and to reinforce shores, rails and buried shores efficiently in existing constructed guard rails. In the present invention, as shown in Figure 1 to Figure 4, the
As shown in Figure 6 when installing the

5 and 6, the

When the vehicle collides with the
At this time, in order to increase the earth pressure of the soil contained in the outer side of the reinforcing
As a result, the strut is maintained in a solid state by resisting the external force of the strut due to the increase in earth pressure by the

Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 9, the upper side and the lower side of the
