Claims (3)
- 박판 소재를 절단하여 패널 본체(10)를 형성하고,
상기 패널 본체(10)는 상단에 전면 하측으로 절곡된 상부 걸림연결부(11)와 하단에 배면 상측으로 절곡된 하부 걸림연결부(12)와, 좌측에 전면 우측으로 절곡된 좌측 걸림연결부(13) 및, 우측에 배면 좌측으로 절곡된 우측 걸림연결부(14)를 일체로 절곡 형성하여 다른 패널 본체의 상,하부 및 좌,우측 걸림연결부와 상,하,좌,우로 연속되게 맞물리게 연결 조립하는 건축용 조립식 경량패널에 있어서,
상기 패널 본체(10)는 전면 상부 및 좌측의 상부 걸림연결부(11)와 좌측 걸림연결부(13)가 전후로 높이 차이를 갖도록 절곡 형성하여 상기 상부 걸림연결부(11)와 좌측 걸림연결부(13)로 연결 조립되는 다른 패널 본체의 배면 하부 및 우측의 하부 걸림연결부와 우측 걸림연결부가 전후 높이 차이를 갖도록 조립 연결되고,
상기 배면 하부 및 우측의 하부 걸림연결부(12)와 우측 걸림연결부(14)가 전후로 높이 차이를 갖도록 절곡 형성하여 상기 하부 걸림연결부(12)와 우측 걸림연결부(14)로 연결 조립되는 다른 패널 본체의 전면 상부 및 좌측의 상부 걸림연결부와 좌측 걸림연결부가 전후 높이 차이를 갖도록 조립 연결되어 이루어지며,
상기 패널 본체(10)의 전면 상부 걸림연결부(11)가 좌측 걸림연결부(13) 보다 전후 높이가 높게 형성하고 배면 하부 걸림연결부(12)가 우측 걸림연결부(14) 보다 전후 높이가 높게 형성하거나, 상기 패널 본체(10)의 전면 상부 걸림연결부(11) 보다 좌측 걸림연결부(13)가 전후 높이가 높게 형성하고 배면 하부 걸림연결부(12) 보다 우측 걸림연결부(14)가 전후 높이가 높게 형성하도록 이루어지고,
상기 패널 본체(10) 전면의 상부 걸림연결부(11)와 좌측 걸림연결부(13)가 인접하는 모서리 위치에 상부 걸림연결부(11)와 좌측 걸림연결부(13)가 전후로 중첩 위치하는 전면 중첩 연결부(15)를 형성하고, 상기 패널 본체(10) 배면의 하부 걸림연결부(12)와 우측 걸림연결부(14)가 인접하는 모서리 위치에 하부 걸림연결부(12)와 우측 걸림연결부(14)가 전후로 중첩 위치하는 배면 중첩 연결부(15')를 형성하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 건축용 조립식 경량패널. - 삭제
