Claims (6)
- 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 폐기물의 재활용 방법에 있어서,
PET 폐기물을 기계적으로 갈아서 칩 형태로 만드는 제1공정과,
상기 칩 형태의 PET에서 불순물을 물리적으로 제거하는 제2공정과,
상기 칩 형태의 PET을 세척하는 제3공정과,
상기 세척된 칩 형태의 PET을 디-시스테인(D-cysteine)이 포함된 용액과 교반하여 반응시키는 공정으로서, 1~30중량%의 디-시스테인 수용액과 아세트알데히드를 메탄올에 용해시켜 1~10중량%의 용액을 제조하는 제1단계와, 상기 디-시스테인이 포함된 용액의 pH가 4~8이 되도록 상기 용액에 pH조절제인 탄산수소나트륨을 넣는 제2단계와, 상기 디-시스테인이 포함된 용액과 상기 세척된 칩 형태의 PET을 교반하여 반응시키는 제3단계를 포함하는 제4공정과,
상기 반응이 완료된 칩 형태의 PET을 건조하는 제5공정과,
상기 건조된 칩 형태의 PET을 용융시켜 재활용 PET를 제조하는 제6공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 폐기물의 재활용 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제3공정은 상기 칩 형태의 PET을 2중량%의 수산화나트륨 수용액으로 1차 세척하는 제1단계와,
상기 칩 형태의 PET을 테트라클로로에틸렌을 이용하여 2차 세척하는 제2단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 폐기물의 재활용 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제4공정의 교반하여 반응시키는 제3단계는 50℃ 온도에서 10분 동안 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 폐기물의 재활용 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제5공정은 140~170℃의 온도 조건에서 3시간 내지 7시간 동안 감압 건조하는 공정인 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 폐기물의 재활용 방법.
