Claims (5)
- 정착기의 과열을 방지하는 화상형성장치에 있어서,상기 정착기의 온도를 감지하는 온도감지부와,상기 온도감지부에 의해 감지된 감지전압과 미리 설정된 기준전압을 비교하여 상기 정착기의 과열시 상기 정착기를 오프시키는 제1과열차단부와,상기 온도감지부에 의해 감지된 감지전압을 A/D포트를 통해 입력받아 정착기가 일정온도를 유지하도록 상기 정착기를 온 또는 오프 제어하는 제어부와상기 온도감지부에 의해 감지된 감지전압과 상기 A/D포트의 전압을 비교하여 전압차가 발생하는 경우 상기 정착기를 오프시키는 제2과열차단부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도감지부는 상기 정착기 내의 정착롤러의 표면온도를 감지하는 서미스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1과열차단부는 상기 온도감지부에 의해 감지된 감지전압이 상기 미리 설정된 기준전압을 초과하면 상기 정착기를 온 시키기 위한 신호를 출력하고, 이하이면, 상기 정착기를 오프시키기 위한 신호를 출력하는 제1비교부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는 상기 온도감지부에 의해 감지된 감지전압을 A/D포트를 통해 읽어 들이고, 읽어 들인 전압값에 상응하는 온도가 미리 설정된 목표온도를 유지하도록 그에 상응하는 제어신호를 출력포트를 통해 출력하는 마이컴과, 상기 마이컴으로부터 출력된 제어신호에 의해 온 또는 오프되어 상기 정착기를 온 또는 오프시키는 제1스위칭부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2과열차단부는 상기 A/D포트전압이 상기 감지전압을 초과하면 제1신호를 출력하고 이하이면 제2신호를 출력하는 제2비교부와, 상기 제2비교부로부터 출력된 제1신호에 의해 온 되어 상기 정착기를 오프시키는 제2스위칭부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
