도 4의 (a)는, 제1실시 형태에 있어서의 특정 파장범위가 1000㎚ 이상인 컬러필터의 투과 특성을 나타내는 그래프이고, (b)는, 제1실시 형태에 있어서의 특정 파장범위가 400㎚ 이하인 컬러필터의 투과 특성을 나타내는 그래프.

- 광을 외부에 취출하는 측의 제1전극과, 상기 제1전극에 대하여 대향해서 배치된 제2전극과, 상기 제1전극과 상기 제2전극의 사이에 배치된 EL층과, 상기 제1전극의 양면 중, 상기 EL층이 설치된 면과 반대측 면에 설치되고, 400∼700㎚의 범위 외의 특정 파장범위의 광을 투과시키는 필터와, 상기 필터와 상기 제1전극 사이 또는 상기 제1전극과 상기 EL층 사이에 배치되고, 400∼700㎚의 범위 외의 상기 특정 파장범위의 광의 투과율이 400∼700㎚의 파장의 광의 투과율보다도 낮고, 상기 특정 파장범위의 광을 흡수하는 특정 파장 흡수막을 구비하는 필터부착 유기 EL 디바이스의 리페어 방법에 있어서,
상기 제1전극과 상기 제2전극의 사이에 역바이어스 전압을 인가해서 상기 EL층으로부터 발생하는 누설 광의 발생 개소를 검출하는 단계와,
검출한 상기 누설 광의 발생 개소에서, 상기 특정 파장범위의 레이저광이 조사된 상기 특정 파장 흡수막이 발열함으로써, 상기 누설 광의 발생 개소의 리페어를 실행하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터부착 유기 EL 디바이스의 리페어 방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 특정 파장 흡수막은, 상기 필터와 상기 제1전극의 사이에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 필터부착 유기 EL 디바이스의 리페어 방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 특정 파장 흡수막은, 상기 제1전극과 상기 EL층의 사이에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 필터부착 유기 EL 디바이스의 리페어 방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 특정 파장 흡수막은, 상기 제1전극의 상부 표면 또는 하부 표면에 도포된 막인 것을 특징으로 하는 필터부착 유기 EL 디바이스의 리페어 방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 특정 파장 흡수막은, 상기 제1전극과 상기 제2전극의 사이에 역바이어스 전압을 인가함으로써 발생한 누설 광을 투과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터부착 유기 EL 디바이스의 리페어 방법.
