Abstract
상기와 같은 빈티지 룩 가공방법을 이용하는 것에 의해, 자연스럽게 탈색된 빈티지 룩 및 얼룩 거리는 독특한 표면 표현이 가능한 빈티지 룩을 가공할 수 있다.
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 제2실시 예에 따른 루나 워시 빈티지 룩 가공 과정을 설명하기 위한 공정도.
도 3은 본 발명의 제4실시 예에 따른 네오 미네랄 워시 빈티지룩 가공 과정을 나타낸 공정도.
Claims (7)
- (a) 황산 또는 황산 수소 나트륨을 물과 혼합하여 용액을 제조하는 단계,
(b) 상기 용액에 옷을 적용 시키는 단계,
(c) 상기 용액에 적용된 옷을 40℃ 내지 80℃에서 덤블 건조하는 단계,
(d) 상기 건조된 옷을 80℃ 내지 150℃에서 10분 내지 30분 동안 열처리하는 단계,
(e) 상기 열처리된 옷을 40℃ 내지 70℃의 소다 애쉬를 희석시킨 물에 수세 및 중화하는 단계,
(f) 상기 수세 및 중화된 옷을 바이오 엔자임 워시 또는 바이오 워시하는 단계,
(g) 상기 엔자임 워시 또는 바이오 워시된 옷을 유연제 처리한 후, 탈수 및 건조하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 (a)단계의 용액은 물 100 중량부에 대하여, 황산 1 중량부 또는 황산 수소 나트륨 10 중량부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 빈티지 룩 가공방법.
- (a) 피그먼트 및 바이더를 물과 혼합하여 용액을 제조하는 단계,
(b) 상기 용액에 옷을 적용 시키는 단계,
(c) 상기 용액에 적용된 옷을 40℃ 내지 80℃에서 덤블 건조하는 단계,
(d) 상기 건조된 옷을 80℃ 내지 150℃에서 10분 내지 30분 동안 열처리하는 단계,
(e) 상기 열처리된 옷을 엔자임 워시하는 단계,
(f) 상기 엔자임 워시된 옷을 유연제 처리한 후, 탈수 및 건조하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 (a)단계의 용액은 물 100 중량부에 대하여, 피그먼트 1 내지 10 중량부 및 바인더 5 중량부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 빈티지 룩 가공방법.
- (a) 물 100 중량부에 대하여 섬유 탈색제 1 내지 5 중량부를 혼합하여 용액을 제조하는 단계,
(b) 상기 용액에 옷을 적용 시키는 단계,
(c) 상기 용액에 적용된 옷을 40℃ 내지 80℃에서 덤블 건조하는 단계,
(d) 상기 건조된 옷을 80℃ 내지 150℃에서 10분 내지 30분 동안 열처리하는 단계,
(e) 상기 열처리된 옷을 40℃ 내지 70℃의 빙초산 및 과산화 수소를 희석시킨 물에 수세 및 중화하는 단계,
(f) 상기 수세 및 중화된 옷을 엔자임 워시하는 단계,
(g) 상기 엔자임 워시된 옷을 유연제 처리한 후, 탈수 및 건조하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 용액은 퍼독스, 폴리에틸렌 로릴 에테르, 솔보, 롱갈리트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 빈티지 룩 가공방법.
- (a) 물 100 중량부에 대하여 섬유 탈색제 30 내지 50 중량부를 혼합하여 용액을 제조하는 단계,
(b) 상기 용액에 스폰지 또는 폴리볼을 적용 시키는 단계,
(c) 상기 용액에 적용된 스폰지 또는 폴리볼을 옷과 덤블 처리하는 단계,
(d) 상기 덤블 처리된 옷을 80℃ 내지 150℃에서 10분 내지 30분 동안 열처리하는 단계,
(e) 상기 열처리된 옷을 40℃ 내지 70℃의 빙초산 및 과산화 수소를 희석시킨 물에 수세 및 중화하는 단계,
(f) 상기 수세 및 중화된 옷을 엔자임 워시하는 단계,
(g) 상기 엔자임 워시된 옷을 유연제 처리한 후, 탈수 및 건조하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 용액은 퍼독스, 폴리에틸렌 로릴 에테르, 솔보, 롱갈리트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 빈티지 룩 가공방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 (b) 용액 적용 단계는 침지 또는 스프레이 방법에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 빈티지 룩 가공방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계에서 알긴을 더 첨가하여 용액을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 빈티지 룩 가공방법.
- 특허청구범위 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 빈티지 룩 가공방법에 의해 가공된 것을 특징으로 하는 빈티지 룩.
