Description
도 2는 염화알루미늄 제조를 위한 반응공정 및 장치개요도이고,
도 3은 염화철과 염화알루미늄의 열중량 변화 그래프이고,
도 4는 실시예 3에서 제조된 염화알루미늄의 XRD 결과이고,
도 5는 실시예 3에서 제조된 염화알루미늄의 EDX 결과이다.
Claims (9)
- 염화철(FeCl3)와 알루미늄(Al) 금속을 장입하여 300 - 500 ℃ 온도에서 기화 반응시키는 단계 (단계 1);
반응이 완료된 염화철과 염화알루미늄(AlCl3)의 혼합체가 담긴 용기를 실온으로 냉각하는 단계 (단계 2); 및
냉각하여 고상이 된 염화철과 염화알루미늄의 혼합체를 130 - 180 ℃ 온도에서 증류하고, 기화된 염화알루미늄을 아르곤 분위기에서 응축하여 염화철을 분리함으로써 염화알루미늄을 회수하는 단계 (단계 3)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염화알루미늄의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 1에서 염화철은 폐용액에서 추출하여 재활용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염화알루미늄의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 1에서 알루미늄은 폐알루미늄 스크랩(scrap)인 것을 특징으로 하는 염화알루미늄의 제조방법.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 1에서 기화 반응은 아르곤 분위기하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염화알루미늄의 제조방법.
