Abstract
본 발명은 래들 보온커버의 단열부재에 반사부재를 배치하여 용강에서 방출되는 복사열을 반사하도록 함으로써 복사에 의한 용강 온도 하락을 최대한 방지한다. 따라서 용강의 품질을 유지시킬 수 있으며 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다.

Claims (5)
- 래들의 상부에 안착되어 상기 래들의 가장자리를 감싸도록 형성되고 내측 하부가 개구된 형태의 커버 프레임과;
상기 커버 프레임의 내측면에 배치된 단열부재와;
상기 래들 내부의 용강에서 방출되는 복사열을 용강으로 반사할 수 있도록 상기 단열부재에 배치된 반사부재를 포함하며,
상기 반사부재는 실리카(SiO2)-쿼츠(Qurtz)를 성분으로 하는 반사판 또는 반사거울이며,
상기 반사판 또는 반사거울은 자체 팽창성을 고려하여 상기 단열부재에서 상기 래들 내부의 용강과 마주하는 면에 복수개가 서로 이격되게 배치되며,
상기 반사판 또는 반사거울은 원형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 래들 보온커버. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 단열부재는 단열 내화물 또는 세라믹 파이버인 것을 특징으로 하는 래들 보온커버. - 삭제
