Claims (1)
- 벤딩될 파이프에 정방향 추력을 제공하기 위한 메인 실린더와, 벤딩될 파이프의 끝단을 감싸서 고정하며 회전축을 중심으로 추력에 의하여 회전하는 클램핑 아암과, 상기 클램핑 아암의 회전축에 결합하는 역압휠과, 상기 벤딩될 파이프의 하방에 회동 가능하게 마련되어 피스톤의 선단부가 체인에 의하여 상기 역압휠에 연결되는 역압 실린더로 이루어지는 벤딩장치를 이용하여 파이프를 고주파 가열하면서 연속적으로 벤딩함에 있어서 파이프에 가해지는 정방향의 추력에 대해 역방향의 역압을 작용시켜 인장부위의 두께 감육을 제어할 수 있도록 하는 파이프 벤딩방법에 있어서,
정방향의 추력은 최대 추력치까지 직선적으로 증가되도록 하되 역압은 최대역압치까지 계단식으로 단계적으로 증가하고 최초 역압치는 최초 추력치보다 크도록 하여 역압이 작용하는 상태에서 추력이 점차 증가되면서 파이프의 벤딩이 시작되도록 하고,
파이프 벤딩의 완료점 근처에서는 추력과 역압은 점차 감소하되, 정방향의 추력은 최대 추력치에서 직선적으로 감소하고 역압은 최대 역압치에서 계단식으로 단계적으로 감소하며, 최종 역압치는 최종 추력치보다 큰 상태에서 파이프 벤딩이 종료하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 벤딩에 있어서의 역압제어방법.
