Claims (5)
- 내부에 물이 수용되며, 물의 체적변화에 따른 수위 가변구간을 제공하는 공기층이 형성되고, 유입구와 유출구를 형성하는 본체와, 상기 본체 내부의 물의 체적이 상승하면, 상승한 수위만큼의 물이 배출될 수 있게 상기 공기층에 입구가 위치되도록 한 오버플로우관 및, 개방된 하단부가 물에 잠기도록 하여 상기 오버플로우관의 입구를 상부에서 감싸는 형태로 차단하며, 상기 공기층에 포함된 증기가 오버플로우관의 입구를 통해 배출되는 것을 방지하는 오버플로우캡을 포함하되,상기 오버플로우캡의 내경은 상기 오버플로우관 외경보다 크게 형성되며,상기 오버플로우캡의 내주에는 상기 오버플로우관 단부와 일정한 틈새를 유지할 수 있게 간격유지부재가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물이 줄지 않는 에너지절약형 기화기.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 본체에는 유입되는 LPG를 자동으로 개폐하는 전자밸브와, 배출되는 LPG의 압력을 감지하여 설정한 압력에 따라서 기화기 입구의 전자밸브 개폐를 조절하는 압력스위치 및, 기화기의 전자밸브가 열려 기화기의 가스가 공급되면 탱크나 용기로부터 공급되던 가스를 차단하기 위한 LPG의 역류를 방지하는 체크밸브가 일체로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물이 줄지 않는 에너지절약형 기화기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 전자밸브는 상기 본체의 유입구 상에 일체로 설치되고, 상기 압력스위치는 상기 본체의 상부 방폭형 콘트롤박스 안에 일체로 설치되며, 상기 체크밸브는 상기 본체의 유출구 분기관상에 일체로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물이 줄지 않는 에너지절약형 기화기.
