Claims (6)
- NaxCo2O4로 표현되는 열전소자의 치밀화를 위한 소결공정에 있어서,합성공정을 통하여 수득된 NaxCo2O4를 0.5 ~ 1㎛ 범위의 미립과 3 ~ 6㎛의 조립으로 각각 분쇄하는 단계;상기 분쇄된 미립과 조립을 혼합하는 단계; 및상기 혼합된 NaxCo2O4를 소결하되, 소결조제로서 NaF를 더 첨가하는 단계;를 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 x는 1.3 내지 1.5의 범위에서 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 NaxCo2O4 열전소자의 제조방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 소결조제 NaF는 합성된 NaxCo2O4 전체중량대비 0.05 ~ 0.2 중량% 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 NaxCo2O4 열전소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 소결조제 NaF가 첨가되는 경우, 최종 소결체 밀도증대와 결정성 확보를 위하여, 합성된 NaxCo2O4의 조립과 미립의 혼합비를 0.1 : 9.9 ~ 3 : 7의 범위가 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 NaxCo2O4 열전소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항, 제 4 항 및 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 소결하는 단계에서의 소결온도는 930 ~ 970℃의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 NaxCo2O4 열전소자의 제조방법.
