Claims (5)
- 기다란 관형 모양인 튜브가 구비되고, 상기 튜브 내부에 방열판이 구비되고, 상기 방열판 하부에 엘이디 칩이 장착된 기판이 구비되는 관형 엘이디 램프에서,
상기 튜브는 압출 성형 과정을 통해 제작되며, 압출 성형 과정에서 제작된 튜브 상단에 추가로 천공이나 절개 작업을 통해 형성된 구멍인 통기구를 더 구비하고,
상기 통기구 전체 중에서 일부에 방열 돌기를 구비하며, 상기 방열 돌기는 상기 통기구를 통과하여 상기 튜브 밖에 노출되고,
상기 방열 돌기는 돌기 머리가 구비되어 끝 부분의 면적이 더 넓으며, 상기 방열 돌기는 상기 방열판에 결합되어 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관형 엘이디 램프.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 튜브와 방열판이 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관형 엘이디 램프.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 튜브와 방열판이 일정 거리로 이격되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관형 엘이디 램프.
- 기다란 관형 모양인 튜브가 구비되고, 상기 튜브 내부에 방열판이 구비되고, 상기 방열판 하부에 엘이디 칩이 장착된 기판이 구비되는 관형 엘이디 램프에서,
상기 튜브는 압출 성형 과정을 통해 제작되며, 압출 성형 과정에서 제작된 튜브 상단에 추가로 천공이나 절개 작업을 통해 형성된 구멍인 통기구를 더 구비하고,
상기 관형 모양의 튜브의 일부를 한쪽으로 볼록하게 형성한 볼록부를 더 구비하며, 상기 통기구는 블록부에 구비되고,
상기 방열판은 판상 구조와 판상 구조 상단에 돌기가 형성되는 형상을 가지며 볼록부 내부에 구비되고, 상기 방열판은 알루미늄이나 금속의 합금으로 제조되고, 상기 방열판의 판상 구조는 볼록부가 형성되는 부분의 경계부에 위치하고, 상기 판상 구조 하부에는 LED 기판 및 소자가 구비됨으로서 볼록부가 시작되는 경계 부분에 LED 소자가 존재하고,
상기 튜브에 돌출부가 형성되어 상기 튜브의 돌출부에 방열판이 장착되고, 상기 방열판에도 돌출부가 형성되어 상기 방열판의 돌출부에 LED 기판이 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관형 엘이디 램프.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 튜브의 상하 길이를 줄이기 위해 상기 튜브의 단면이 타원 구조가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관형 엘이디 램프.
