도 3 및 도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 개선된 복합단열재의 단면도 및 사시도, 및
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 개선된 복합단열재를 생산하는 방법에 관한 흐름도이다.
Claims (11)
- 건축용 복합단열재에 있어서,
1개 이상의 중공을 포함하는 표면재 및
상기 표면재에 접합된 발포성 합성수지를 포함하되,
상기 표면재는 합성수지 및 규산염 광물을 포함하여 이루어진
건축용 복합단열재. - 제1항에 있어서
상기 규산염 광물은 탈크(talc)인 것을 특징으로
건축용 복합단열재. - 제2항에 있어서
상기 합성수지 및 탈크는 7대 3의 비율로 포함되는 것을 특징으로
건축용 복합단열재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 표면재는 섬유시이트가 매립되고,
상기 표면재와 상기 발포성 합성수지는 상기 섬유시이트를 매개로 하여 접합되는
건축용 복합단열재. - 건축용 복합단열재의 생산방법에 있어서,
표면재 원료를 투입하는 원료 투입 단계;
상기 표면재 원료를 가열하여 용융상태로 만드는 원료 용융 단계;
상기 용융된 원료를 금형을 이용하여 1개 이상의 중공을 포함하는 표면재로 사출하는 사출단계; 및
상기 사출된 표면재를 냉각하는 단계를 포함하되,
상기 표면재 원료는 합성수지 및 규산염 광물을 포함하는
건축용 복합단열재 생산방법. - 제5항에 있어서
상기 원료 투입 단계와 원료 용융 단계 사이에서,
상기 투입된 원료에 공기를 주입하는 공기주입 단계를 더 포함하는
건축용 복합단열재 생산방법. - 제5항에 있어서
상기 규산염 광물은 탈크(talc)인 것을 특징으로
건축용 복합단열재 생산방법. - 제7항에 있어서
상기 합성수지 및 탈크는 7대 3의 비율로 포함되는 것을 특징으로
건축용 복합단열재 생산방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 사출단계와 냉각 단계사이에서,
상기 사출된 표면재에 섬유시이트를 부착하는 단계를 더 포함하는
건축용 복합단열재 생산방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 섬유시이트를 매개로 하여 표면재에 발포성 합성수지를 접합하는 발포성합성수지 접합단계를 더 포함하는
건축용 복합단열재 생산방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 사출단계는
표면재를 1시간에 100미터 이상 120미터 이하만큼 사출하는 것을 특징으로 하는
건축용 복합단열재 생산방법.
