Claims (11)
- 물 1000 중량부를 기준으로 하여 변성전분 120 내지 140 중량부, 밀가루 25 내지 30 중량부, 탈지분유 0.5 내지 1 중량부, 현미유 35 내지 45 중량부, 야채풍미유 5 내지 10 중량부를 포함하는 군만두용 조리액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 변성전분은 옥수수변성전분인 것을 특징으로 하는 군만두용 조리액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밀가루는 박력분인 것을 특징으로 하는 군만두용 조리액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탈지분유는 5 중량% 이하의 수분과 35 중량% 단백질을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 군만두용 조리액.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산탄검, 수크랄로스, 베이킹파우더, 프로필렌글리콜을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 군만두용 조리액.
- 제5항에 있어서, 물 1000 중량부를 기준으로 하여 산탄검은 0.5 내지 1 중량부, 수크랄로스는 0.002 내지 0.006 중량부, 베이킹파우더는 0.5 내지 1 중량부, 프로필렌글리콜은 2 내지 6 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 군만두용 조리액.

- 제7항에 있어서, 산탄검, 수크랄로스, 베이킹파우더, 프로필렌글리콜을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 군만두용 조리액.
- 제8항에 있어서, 물 1000 중량부를 기준으로 하여 산탄검은 0.5 내지 1 중량부, 수크랄로스는 0.002 내지 0.006 중량부, 베이킹파우더는 0.5 내지 1 중량부, 프로필렌글리콜은 2 내지 6 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 군만두용 조리액.
- 제1항, 제7항, 제8항, 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서 후라이팬에 만두를 넣고 상기 군만두용 조리액을 부은 후 뚜껑을 덮은 후 가열하여 조리된 군만두.
- 제10항에 있어서 상기 군만두용 조리액으로 조리시 소비자의 기호에 따라 땅콩, 호두, 코코넛 등의 견과류 분말 또는 각종 페이스트를 첨가하여 조리된 군만두.
