Abstract
본 발명의 폐합성수지 재생칩 제조방법을 이용하면 접착제가 묻어있어 기존 폐기ㆍ소각처리되었던 폐합성수지를 재활용할 수 있어 폐기물량을 줄일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 환경오염도 줄일 수 있다.

도 2는 본 발명의 폐합성수지 재생칩 제조방법을 이용하여 제조된 폐합성수지 재생칩의 일 예를 나타내는 도이다.
Claims (7)
- 폐합성수지 재생칩 제조방법에 있어서,
폐합성수지재를 분쇄하는 단계;
상기 분쇄단계에서 분쇄된 폐합성수지재에 클리닝 약품을 투여하는 단계;
상기 클리닝 약품이 투여된 폐합성수지재를 세척하는 1차 세척단계;
상기 1차 세척단계에서 세척된 세척물에 물을 넣고 세척하는 2차 세척단계;
상기 2차 세척단계에서 세척된 세척물을 탈수하는 단계;
상기 탈수단계에서 탈수된 탈수물을 건조하는 단계; 및
상기 건조단계에서 건조된 건조물을 원심분리하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 클리닝 약품은 클리닝 약품 총중량에 대하여 에틸렌 옥사이드가 포함된 하이드로카본 솔벤트 40 내지 50 중량%, 디-리모넨 20 내지 30 중량%, 3-메틸-3-메톡시 부탄올 10 내지 30 중량% 및 부식방지제 0.1 내지 10 중량%를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐합성수지 재생칩 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 폐합성수지재의 재질은 폴리염화비닐, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리스티렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에스테르, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리카보네이트, 및 아크릴로 이루어지는 군에서 적어도 하나 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐합성수지 재생칩 제조방법. - 삭제

상기 클리닝 약품 투여단계에서 천이 더 혼합될 수 있으며, 상기 천은 면, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에스테르, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 이루어지는 군에서 적어도 하나 이상 선택되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폐합성수지 재생칩 제조방법. - 청구항 1, 2 및 6 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조되는 폐합성수지 재생칩.
