Claims (4)
- 광학 표시 장치의 부재인 광학 필름과, 광학 표시 유닛을 접착하는 점착제와, 상기 점착제를 보호하는 이형 필름을 갖는 띠 형상의 시트상 제품이 권취된 롤로부터 띠 형상의 시트상 제품을 꺼내 공급하는 공급 수단과,상기 띠 형상의 시트상 제품의 결함을 검출하는 검출 수단과,상기 검출 수단의 검출 결과에 기초하여 띠 형상의 시트상 제품을 상기 결함을 피하도록 소정 사이즈로 절단하여, 개개의 시트상 제품으로 가공하는 절단 가공 수단과,상기 절단 가공 수단으로 절단 가공된, 상기 결함을 포함하지 않는 소정 사이즈의 시트상 제품을 부착 가공을 실시하기 위하여 이송하는 이송 수단과,상기 이송 수단에 의해 이송된 소정 사이즈의 시트상 제품과 상기 광학 표시 장치의 부재인 광학 표시 유닛을 상기 점착제를 개재하여 부착하는 부착 가공 수단을 구비하고,이들 각 수단을 연속된 제조 라인 공정상에 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 표시 장치의 제조 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 검출 수단에 의한 결함의 검출 전에, 상기 이형 필름을 상기 띠 형상의 시트상 제품으로부터 박리하는 박리 수단과,상기 이형 필름을 박리한 띠 형상의 시트상 제품을 세정하는 세정 수단을 더 구비하는, 광학 표시 장치의 제조 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 부착 가공 수단으로 부착한 후에, 결함을 검출하는 제 2 검출 수단을 더 구비하는, 광학 표시 장치의 제조 시스템.
- 광학 표시 장치의 부재인 광학 필름과, 광학 표시 유닛을 접착하는 점착제와, 상기 점착제를 보호하는 이형 필름을 갖는 띠 형상의 시트상 제품이 권취된 롤로부터 띠 형상의 시트상 제품을 꺼내 공급하는 공급 공정과,상기 띠 형상의 시트상 제품의 결함을 검출하는 검출 공정과,상기 검출 공정에서의 검출 결과에 기초하여 띠 형상의 시트상 제품을 상기 결함을 피하도록 소정 사이즈로 절단하여, 개개의 시트상 제품으로 가공하는 절단 가공 공정과,상기 절단 가공 공정에서 절단 가공된, 상기 결함을 포함하지 않는 소정 사이즈의 시트상 제품을 이송하는 이송 공정과,상기 이송 공정에서 이송된 소정 사이즈의 시트상 제품과 상기 광학 표시 장치의 부재인 광학 표시 유닛을 상기 점착제를 개재하여 부착하는 부착 가공 공정을 포함하고,이들 각 공정을 연속된 제조 라인에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
