Claims (8)
- 소음 다발 지역에 길이 방향으로 설치된 콘크리트 구조물에 고정되는 받침부재와;
상기 받침부재를 통해 콘크리트 구조물에 고정되어 소음원으로부터 이동되는 소음을 방음하면서 흡음하도록 만곡되게 형성된 방음부와;
상기 방음부에 설치되어 빛을 발산하는 발광부와;
상기 받침부재와 방음부 사이에 설치되어 방음부가 외력에 의해 변형되지 않도록 탄력있게 지지하는 완충부재를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방음벽.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 방음부는,
상기 받침부재 상면에 안착되면서 방음부재를 지지하도록 만곡되게 형성된 지지프레임과;
상기 지지프레임 사이에 장착되어 소음이 이동되지 않도록 차단하는 방음부재와;
상기 방음부재에서 반사되는 소음을 흡수하여 감소시키는 흡음부재와;
상기 흡음부재를 수용하여 지지하도록 지지프레임 상단부에 감싸도록 고정되는 수납부재를 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방음벽.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 완충부재를 가압하도록 지지프레임 일측에 돌출되는 가압부재를 더 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방음벽.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 수납부재 단부와 지지프레임 및 방음부재 상단부 내면 사이에 소음이 이동되는 공간이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방음벽.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 흡음부재는 롤 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방음벽.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 발광부는,
상기 방음부 상면에 일정간격 이격되게 설치되는 집열부재과;
상기 집열부재에 집열된 태양열에너지를 전기에너지로 변환하여 충전부재에 충전된 전기에너지로 점등되도록 방음부에 설치되는 점등부재와;
상기 점등부재의 점등을 제어하는 제어부재를 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방음벽.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 점등부재는, 상기 방음부에 구비된 수납부재에 전면에 하향 또는 상향으로 발광되도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방음벽.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 점등부재는, LED 전구로 상기 제어부재의 제어에 따라 문자나 도형으로 표시되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방음벽.
