도 2는 본 발명과 관련된 섬유 강화형 파이프와 함께, 맨홀 본체를 형성하기 위한 절단 단계를 보인 사시도
Claims (5)
- 중공체를 이루며, 수지로 형성되는 내부 보호층;
상기 내부 보호층에 적층되는 제1부직포;
수지가 단위섬유층에 함침된 제1 및 제2보강층을 구비하는 보강층;
상기 제2보강층을 감도록 이루어지는 제3부직포; 및
수지로 이루어지며, 상기 제3부직포에 적층되는 외부 보호층을 포함하며,
상기 제1보강층은 상기 제1부직포의 외부를 감도록 이루어지고, 상기 제1보강층의 외부에는 수지가 규사에 함침된 코어층이 적층되며, 상기 제2보강층은 상기 코어층의 외부에 적층되고, 상기 코어층과 제2보강층의 사이에는 제2부직포가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유강화 플라스틱 파이프. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1보강층 및 제2보강층은,
섬유사가 원주방향과 평행하게 배열되도록 감겨진 제1단위섬유층; 및
섬유사가 길이방향과 평행하게 배열되도록 감겨진 제2단위섬유층으로 각각 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유강화 플라스틱 파이프. - 축방향으로 조금씩 이동되면서 회전하는 맨드릴에 이형 테이프(release tape)를 감는 단계;
상기 이형 테이프의 외부에, 수지로 이루어지는 내부 보호층, 제1부직포, 수지가 단위섬유층에 함침된 제1보강층, 수지가 규사에 함침된 코어층, 제2부직포, 수지가 단위섬유층에 함침된 제2보강층, 제3부직포 및 수지로 이루어지는 외부 보호층을 적층시키는 단계; 및
상기 외부 보호층의 외부에 이형 테이프를 감는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 제1부직포는 상기 내부 보호층을 감도록 형성되고, 상기 제1보강층은 상기 제1부직포의 외부에 적층되고,
상기 제1보강층의 외부에는 상기 코어층이 적층되며, 상기 제2보강층은 상기 코어층의 외부에 적층되고,
상기 제2부직포는 상기 코어층과 제2보강층의 사이에 배치되며, 상기 제3부직포는 상기 제2보강층을 감도록 이루어지며, 상기 외부보호층은 상기 제3부직포에 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유강화 플라스틱 파이프의 제조방법.
