- a) 혼성 파트너 결합단백질로서 케토스테로이드 이성질체화효소(KSI)를 코딩하는 유전자 및 b) 서열번호 1, 2 중 어느 하나의 아미노산 서열로 표시되는 LPcin-Ⅰ펩타이드를 코딩하는 유전자 또는 서열번호 3, 4 중 어느 하나의 아미노산 서열로 표시되는 LPcin-Ⅱ 펩타이드를 코딩하는 유전자가 작동적으로 결합된 발현 카세트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 발현벡터.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 재조합 발현벡터는 도 1의 개열지도를 갖는 pET31b(+)/KSI-(LPcin-I)n-His6 또는 pET31b(+)/KSI-(LPcin-II)n-His6인 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 발현벡터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발현 카세트는 N-말단 또는 C-말단에 5-7개의 히스티딘 아미노산을 코딩하는 유전자가 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 발현벡터.

- 1) 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 재조합 발현벡터로 대장균을 형질전환하는 단계;2) 상기 형질전환된 대장균을 배양하여 융합 단백질을 과발현시키는 단계;3) 상기 발현된 융합 단백질을 용해하여 불용성 재조합 융합단백질(Inclusion Bodies)로 상기 대장균으로부터 회수하는 단계;4) 상기 불용성 재조합 융합단백질을 Ni-친화성 크로마토그래피로 정제하는 단계,5) 상기 정제된 불용성 재조합 융합단백질을 산성조건에서 CNBr로 절단하는 단계; 및6) 상기 절단된 불용성 재조합 융합단백질을 역상 HPLC를 수행하여 LPcin-Ⅰ펩타이드 또는 LPcin-Ⅱ 펩타이드를 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펩타이드의 대량생산방법.
