Abstract
따라서 본 발명은 상하수도의 수전금구, 정수기, 비데, 연수기 등과 같이 염소가 함유된 수돗물을 취급하는 분야에서 극성분자인 실리콘에 알킬계 과산화물, 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-bis(t-butylperoxy)hexane을 첨가하여 실링제의 블루밍 현상을 방지하고, 영구압축변형을 최소화하여 제품의 실링효과를 극대화하여 제품의 신뢰성을 높일 수 있는 내염성이 강한 실링제의 제조방법을 제안하고자 한다.

도 2a 및 도 2b는 본 발명에 따른 제조방법에 의하여 실링제가 제조되는 공정을 나타내는 공정도.

Claims (4)
- (a) 실리콘고무를 주재로 하고, 상기 실리콘고무에 경화 및 가교를 위한 첨가제와, 촉매제를 혼합하여 성형재를 조성하는 배합단계;
(b) 상기 성형재를 상온에서 일정 시간동안 방치하여 경화를 유도하는 1차 경화단계;
(c) 상기 성형재를 금형에 투입하여 실링제를 성형하는 성형단계;
(d) 상기 실링제를 가열된 물이 담긴 오븐에 투입하여 실링제를 경화하고, 초음파 진동에 의하여 실링제를 세정하기 위한 2차 경화단계;
(e) 상기 실링제를 전자기파에 의한 복사열로 건조 경화하는 3차 경화단계; 및
(f) 상기 실링제를 냉각시키는 냉각단계;를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 첨가제는 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-bis(t-butylperoxy)hexane, 알킬계 과산화물과 황이고,
상기 촉매제는 아민계열의 질산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 내염성이 강한 실링제의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (e)단계에서
상기 실링제를 건조 경화시키기 위한 경화수단이 더 구비되고,
상기 경화수단은 내부에 컨베이어가 구비된 경화조와,
상기 경화조에는 전자기파를 조사하기 위한 경화램프를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 경화조 내부의 온도는 150℃ ~ 180℃ 범위에서 유지되며,
상기 경화램프는 0.5MHz ~ 1MHz 진동주파수를 갖는 중적외선 파장대의 전자기파를 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내염성이 강한 실링제의 제조방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 (d)단계에서
상기 오븐에는 계면활성제가 더 첨가되고,
상기 계면활성제는 실리콘오일인 것을 특징으로 하는 내염성이 강한 실링제의 제조방법.
