Abstract
복수 성분 스프레이 건(10)은 발포체 및 이와 유사한 급속 경화 재료를 스프레이하도록 설계된다. 혼합 모듈(14) 플라스틱 재료는 현재 시중에 있는 혼합 모듈의 ½의 마모성을 가지며 적어도 두 배의 수명을 제공하며, 흑연 및 PTFE 윤활제에 의해 강화된 폴리 에테르 에테르 케톤으로 제조된다.

Description
본원은 2003년 4월 9일 출원된 미국 특허 제60/461,453호의 이익을 청구한다.
급속 경화 재료용 복수 성분 스프레이 건은 발포체 재료 및 유사한 재료를 도포하는데 대중적이다. 이러한 제품 장치는 이러한 재료의 도포에 효과적이지만, 자주 방해가 되고 다수의 공구를 요구하며 조립 해제 및 세척에 사실상 노력을 요구할 수 있다.
신규한 혼합 모듈 플라스틱 재료는 현재 시중의 혼합 모듈의 ½의 마모성을 가지며 적어도 두 배의 수명을 제공할 수 있는 것이 발견되었다. 혼합 모듈은 쿼드런트 엔지니어링 플라스틱 프로덕츠 사(Quadrant Engineering Plastic Products)로부터 입수 가능하며 흑연 및 PTFE 윤활제로 강화된 폴리 에테르 에테르 케톤(poly ether ether keton)과 같은 KETRONTM PEEK HPV와 같은 재료로 형성된다. 이는 현재 시장에 알려진 제품보다 실질적으로 바람직하다.
본 발명의 상기 및 다른 목적 및 장점은 첨부된 도면에 대해 이하의 상세한 설명으로부터 명백해질 것이며, 상기 도면에서 유사한 참조 번호는 몇몇 관점에서 동일한 또는 유사한 부품을 의미한다.
도1은 본 발명의 혼합 모듈을 사용하는 스프레이 건의 부분 확대 사시도이다.
도2는 본 발명의 혼합 모듈을 사용하는 스프레이 건의 부분 확대 측면도이다.
도1에는 전체적으로 10으로 표시되는 본 발명의 스프레이 건이 도시된다. 건(10)은 건 본체(12)를 포함한다.
혼합 모듈(14)은 그 주연부 둘레에 이격된 제1 및 제2 환형 챔버(14A, 14B)를 형성하고, 제1 및 제2 세트의 통로(16A, 16B)가 각각 상기 환형 챔버(14A, 14B)를 그 중심 보어(14C)와 연결한다. 제1 및 제2 세트의 통로(16A, 16B)는 동일한 축방향 위치에서 중심 보어(14C)로 진입하고, 이로써 비혼합 재료를 발생시킬 수 있는 선도-지연(lead-lag) 상황을 방지한다.
혼합 모듈(14)은 쿼드런트 엔지니어링 플라스틱 프로덕츠 사로부터 입수 가능하며 흑연 및 PRFE 윤활제로 강화된 폴리 에테르 에테르 케톤(poly ether ether keton)과 같은 KETRONTM PEEK HPV와 같은 재료로 형성된다. 퍼지 로드(18)는 혼합 모듈(14)의 중심 보어(14C)를 통해 이동 가능하다.
스프레이 건에 대한 다양한 변경 및 개조가 이하의 청구항에 의해 한정된 본 발명의 범주 및 사상을 벗어나지 않고 제공될 수 있는 것이 고려된다.
Claims (2)
- 급속 경화 복수 성분 재료용 스프레이 건이며,복수 성분 재료의 제1 및 제2 소스와 연결 가능하고, 상기 각각의 성분을 위한 통로를 구비하는 건 본체와,상기 건 본체 내에 위치되는 혼합 모듈로서, 상기 통로들과 유체 연통되고, 상기 성분들의 혼합을 위한 중심 보어를 가지며, 흑연 및 PTFE 윤활제에 의해 강화된 폴리 에테르 에테르 케톤으로 제조되는 혼합 모듈과,상기 중심 보어를 통해 이동 가능한 퍼지 로드를 포함하는 스프레이 건.
