Abstract

背景技术

一种新型混合模块塑料材料,其提供了是当前市场上的混合模块的至少两倍的寿命和1/2的磨损。所述混合模块由称为KETRONTMPEEK HPV材料形成,上述材料是一种用石墨和PTFE润滑剂增强的聚醚醚酮,其能够从Quadrant Engineering Plastic Products获得。这对于当前市场上所公知的产品具有相当大的优点。

Claims (2)
1.一种用于快速凝固多组分材料的喷枪,所述喷枪包括:
枪身,其能够连接到多组分材料的第一和第二源,并具有用于每个所述组分的端口;
混合模块,其位于所述枪身内,所述混合模块与所述端口流体连通,并具有用于混合所述组分的中心孔,所述混合模块由用石墨和PTFE润滑剂增强的聚醚醚酮制成,以及
净化杆,其能够移动通过所述中心孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于快速凝固多组分材料的喷枪,其中,所述混合模块由KETRONTM PEEK HPV制成。
