- 팬(PAN; polyacrylonitrile)계 탄소섬유로 부직포를 제조하는 단계; 및상기 부직포를 실리콘 코팅액으로 코팅하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 실리콘 코팅액은 30~60중량%의 디메틸 실록산, 30~60중량%의 알루미나 수화물, 0.1~10중량%의 트리메틸레이트 실리카 및 0.1~10중량%의 티타늄 디옥사이드로 이루어진 주제와, 디메틸 메틸하이드로겐 실록산으로 이루어진 경화제와, 0.1~10중량%의 디에틸에닐 테트라메틸 디실록산 백금착화합물, 60~89.9중량%의 디메틸 실록산 및 10~30중량%의 테트라메틸디비닐디실록산으로 이루어진 경화촉진제가 혼합된 것으로, 상기 주제는 100중량부, 경화제는 1~5중량부, 경화촉진제는 0.1~0.5중량부로 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 방염성 원단 제조방법.
- 제4항에 따른 제조방법에 의해 제조되어, 팬(PAN; polyacrylonitrile)계 탄소섬유로 제조된 부직포 및 실리콘 코팅층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방염성 원단.
