- 제17항에 있어서,상기 NACK 신호를 특정 브로드캐스트 전송에 속하는 것으로서 결정하는 단계를 더 포함하고,상기 조정하는 단계는, 상기 NACK 신호의 수신에 응답하여 상기 특정 브로드캐스트 전송의 속성을 조정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 적응 브로드캐스트 전송 방법.

- 무선 시스템에서 적응 브로드캐스트 전송을 위한 장치로서,브로드캐스트 채널 상에서 브로드캐스트 전송을 전송하도록 구성된 송수신기; 및브로드캐스트 채널 품질이 불충분한 것임을 지시하는 NACK 신호를 공용 업링크 채널 상에서 수신하도록 구성된 제어기를 구비하고,상기 제어기는, 상기 NACK 신호의 수신에 응답하여 상기 브로드캐스트 채널 품질을 조정하도록 더 구성되고, 상기 제어기는 상기 브로드캐스트 채널의 속성을 변경함으로써, 상기 NACK 신호의 수신에 응답하여 상기 브로드캐스트 채널 품질을 조정하는, 적응 브로드캐스트 전송 장치.
- 제25항에 있어서,상기 제어기는, 상기 브로드캐스트 전송의 대역폭 증가, 상기 브로드캐스트 전송의 전력 증가, 상기 브로드캐스트 전송의 부호 레이트 감소, 상기 브로드캐스트 전송의 정보 레이트 감소, 상기 브로드캐스트 전송의 중단, 및 상기 브로드캐스트 전송에 할당된 시간 슬롯의 수 증가 중 적어도 하나에 의해 상기 브로드캐스트 채널 품질을 조정하는 적응 브로드캐스트 전송 장치.
