Description
Claims (12)
- a) Ⅷ족 금속의 급원;b) 하기 화학식 I의 이좌배위자 디포스핀으로서,상기 식에서 R1은 인 원자와 결합하는 2가 래디칼을 나타내는데, 이것은 임의로 치환된 2-포스파-트리사이클로[3.3.1.1{3.7}]데실기 또는 그 유도체로서, 1개 이상의 탄소 원자는 헤테로원자로 치환된 것("2-PA"기)이고; R2 및 R3는 독립적으로 원자 20개 이하의 1가 래디칼을 나타내거나, 연합하여 원자 20개 이하의 2가 래디칼을 형성하며; A1 및 A2는 독립적으로 임의로 치환된 알킬렌기를 나타내고; R은 임의로 치환된 방향족기를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 이좌배위자 디포스핀; 및c) 음이온의 급원을 함유한 촉매 존재하에하이드록시기 함유 화합물인 공반응물 및 일산화탄소로 에틸렌계 불포화 화합물을 카르보닐화하는 방법.
- a) 팔라듐의 급원;b) 하기 화학식 I의 이좌배위자 디포스핀으로서,상기 식에서 R1은 인 원자와 결합하는 2가 래디칼을 나타내는데, 이것은 임의로 치환된 2-포스파-트리사이클로[3.3.1.1{3.7}]데실기 또는 그 유도체로서, 1개 이상의 탄소 원자는 헤테로원자로 치환된 것("2-PA"기)이고; R2 및 R3는 독립적으로 원자 20개 이하의 1가 래디칼을 나타내거나, 연합하여 원자 20개 이하의 2가 래디칼을 형성하며; A1 및 A2는 독립적으로 임의로 치환된 알킬렌기를 나타내고; R은 임의로 치환된 방향족기를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 이좌배위자 디포스핀; 및c) 음이온의 급원을 함유한 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, R2 및 R3가 인 원자와 결합하여 R1과 동일한 2-PA기를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제3항에 있어서, 이좌배위자 디포스핀이 1,2-P,P'-[디(2-포스파-1,3,5,7-테트라메틸-6,9,10-트리옥사트리사이클로[3.3.1.1{3.7}]데실)-메틸렌]-벤젠인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 음이온의 급원이 카르복시산인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 카르복시산이 반응 희석제로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- a) 일산화탄소 및 물로 에틸렌계 불포화 화합물을 카르보닐화함으로써 카르복시산을 수득하는 단계; 및b) 촉매 존재하에 일산화탄소 및 단계 a)에서 수득한 카르복시산으로 에틸렌계 불포화 화합물을 카르보닐화함으로써 카르복시산 무수물을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는, 제1항의 방법에 따라 카르복시산 및 그 해당 카르복시산 무수물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 단계 b)의 촉매가,i) Ⅷ족 금속의 급원;ⅱ) 인 함유 리간드; 및ⅲ) 음이온의 급원을 함유한 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 음이온의 급원 ⅲ)이 단계 a)에서 제조한 카르복시산인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 단계 a)에서 제조한 카르복시산을 단계 a) 및 단계 b) 둘다에서 반응 희석제로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
