Claims (5)
- 선박내 화재시 청수 또는 해수를 소화수로 분사하도록 설계된 소화수라인을 이용하여 해적들의 승선을 방지하도록 하는 유체 분사시스템에 있어서;선박의 양측면에 설치되고, 0~180°범위 내에서 스윙되면서 고압수를 분사하는 다수의 분사노즐과;상기 각 분사노즐로 고압수를 공급하도록 상기 소화수라인과 연결배관된 연결관을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 해적퇴치용 유체 분사시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;상기 분사노즐은 고압수 분사시 분사되는 고압수가 일부 서로 중첩되면서 물줄기 커튼을 형성하도록 설계된 것을 특징으로 하는 해적퇴치용 유체 분사시스템.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서;상기 분사노즐과 연결된 연결관에는 상기 분사노즐로 공급되는 고압수를 개별제어할 수 있도록 펌프와 개폐밸브가 별도로 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 해적퇴치용 유체 분사시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;상기 분사노즐은 하우징의 측방을 관통하여 노즐회전축이 베어링고정되는 형 태로 회전가능하게 축고정되고, 상기 하우징은 기어박스의 하단에 고정되며, 상기 기어박스는 상기 연결관에 연결 고정되고, 상기 하우징내 노즐회전축에는 피니언이 일체로 고정되며, 상기 기어박스에는 상기 하우징 내부까지 연장된 승하강샤프트가 설치되고, 상기 승하강샤프트의 하단은 상기 피니언과 치결합된 래크가 형성되며, 상기 승하강샤프트의 상단은 캠에 연결되고, 상기 캠은 기어박스 내부에 설치되고 흐르는 물에 의해 회전되는 임펠러에 연결되어 일정 각도 내에서 스윙되게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 해적퇴치용 유체 분사시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;상기 유체 분사시스템에서 사용되는 유체는 물, 스팀, 미끄럼 유발 유체 중 어느 하나 인 것을 특징으로 하는 해적퇴치용 유체 분사시스템.
