- 서열번호 1의 VP7 유전자 및 서열번호 3의 VP4 유전자를 갖고, KCTC 10988BP의 기탁번호를 가지는 인간로타바이러스 CAU 195.
- 삭제
- 서열번호 2의 VP7 유전자 및 서열번호 4의 VP4 유전자를 갖고, KCTC 10989BP의 기탁번호를 가지는 인간로타바이러스 CAU 214.
- 제1항 또는 제3항의 인간로타바이러스에 대해 특이적인 다클로날 항체.
- 제4항의 다클로날 항체를 포함하는 인간로타바이러스에 의한 질병의 진단용 조성물.
- 약독화된 제1항 또는 제3항의 인간로타바이러스 생균주 또는 비활화된 제1항 또는 제3항의 인간로타바이러스 사균주를 포함하고, 약학적으로 허용된 담체를 포함하며, 혈청형 G12의 인간로타바이러스에 대한 중화 항체의 형성을 자극할 수 있는 능력을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 백신 조성물.
- a) 제1항 또는 제3항의 인간로타바이러스를 숙주세포에서 증식시키는 단계;b) 상기 a)단계에서 증식된 인간로타바이러스를 약독화시키거나 비활화 시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인간로타바이러스 백신 제조방법.
